Ambiguous Name: Comic Book Timeand Webcomic Time

There was a previous discussion on this at https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=1429720705020918700&page=1, but since the old thread is closed, I'll start a new one.

I thought that Comic-Book Time and Webcomic Time could be renamed due to being centric on only one medium.

Also, these aren't in the Canonical List of Trope Distinctions, but I didn't want to get into an Edit War over these. This post at https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=1429720705020918700&page=1#6 could be used.

I propose these new names:

Comic-Book Time > Sliding Timescale

Webcomic Time> Hour In-Universe, Year Outside

I don't have any issues with the names as they stand (for redirect purposes), but perhaps whether a rename would be useful.

Seems like a really minor problem, so postponing til we have gotten some TRS threads finished.
