Before you go look at Suicidal Overconfidence's page, try to guess what it's about first based on its name.

Did you guess "a character is so overconfident in his or her abilities that they challenge much more powerful opponents and are defeated"? If that's the case, you're wrong. Suicidal Overconfidence is actually about computer-controlled characters in video games who don't adapt their tactics when fighting against higher-leveled players.

Now, you may have noticed that there is absolutely nothing in the phrase "Suicidal Overconfidence" that suggests that it's exclusively about video game AI. As a result of this, there is a certain amount of misuse, where this trope is used as a synonym of other tropes such as Attack! Attack! Attack!. You can see this by looking at the related links page, which shows that this video game-exclusive trope is linked to from several non-video game pages.

I believe that this problem can easily be solved by simply changing the name slightly to indicate that it's specifically about video game AI. For example, Suicidal AI, Overconfident AI, or even Suicidally Overconfident AI.
