20XX is a Mega Man X-like roguelike game thatwas funded on Kickstarter and came out recently (although it was in early access for a while).
I tried it and finished it and I like it. You go through randomly generated level and try to gat as many upgrades as possible
on your way to take care of what seem to be a robot invasion/rebellion... Or is it ?
The story is very basic but the gameplay is solid. Anyone else tried it?
Also, I found a thread on reddit where the game creator talk about the game.
One of my favorite quote from there is :
"Without a doubt, the biggest lesson a developer can take from MN 9's struggles is how to communicate with your fans.
Our entire time in Early Access, our fans have treated us so, so well, and we've done our best to repay them in kind. 20XX would be a garbage fire without their feedback."

Inspired by Mega Man, 20XX adds both local and online co-operative multiplayer in addition to contemporary roguelike design to Capcom’s classic formula.
