You know how Batman has a plan for each other superhero in case they need to be taken down? Batman has plans even for himself - a split personality (Zur-En-Arrh) to take over in case he gets mind controlled or is otherwise compromised; and a robot (Failsafe), in case Bruce just willingly goes rogue.
Later, Bruce struggled so hard to compromise with Selina/Catwoman's and Jason/Red Hood's criminal activities, that Zur tried to take over as the main persona. Eventually Zur split off somehow and uploaded himself into the Failsafe robot.
Failsafe is like a mix of the Batgod stuff and Batman is a screw up, really. To take himself out, he made a robot that is loaded with ways to take out every other hero. And it got activated because it seemed like he killed someone.

Wake me up at your own risk.In today's History Summarized, Blue talks about the Greek Age of Cities:
*EDIT* Looks like embedding problem was fixed.

I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person. Not commenting, just I've been waiting to see someone else post a video to see if my phone or the site was a problem as earlier I attempted to post a new Atop the Fourth Wall episode.
Previously uploaded videos seem to be fine.
My phone is having an issue playing the video fwiw
Desktop, too. I think its some kind of site bug (whether that's on Tvtropes's or Youtube's end, I couldn't say)
Other types of forum haven't had a problem. So I think it's on this end, at least for recent vids.
In today's Trope Talk, Red talks about the Noodle Incidents:
Red really does feel the need to bash the MCU at every opportunity doesn't she? I like her videos but good grief it becomes tiresome.
Between her and the rest of the Internet, all my joy has been sucked out that I had from the franchise
That's not how that works.
That's not how any of this works!
New theme music also a boxHey, you can't decide how I unhealthily interact with media criticism.
In today's History-Makers, Blue talks about Sturri Sturluson:
Honestly, Red is kinda the person who got me into this wiki even though they haven't seemed to outright said the name of this site. Well, that, and the potential for me to gush and read other people gushing about works I like.note I like those works a normal amount
"FOR REAL?!?"In today's Miscellaneous Myths, Red talks about Loki and how he nearly killed everyone... again:
If anyone is wondering, the runes on the wall in Thiazis home say: "Live, Laugh, Love".
I mean Loki didn't even want to do it this time, I think we can cut him at least a slight amount of slack for this one.
You're right. We should go back and give him a medal. The "Not as big a jerk as you could have been" award.
If you can't handle being outed by a signature, that's on you.In today's Detail Diatribe, Red and Blue are talking about how there will never be another Shadow of the Colossus:
I started thinking way too much about your monkey's paw joke, and eventually came to the realization: Shadow of the Colossus, but the Colossi are sexy anime girls.
...I mean, for the SOTC sort of audiences it'd be a monkey's paw. Such a game would draw in other crowds, though. *files idea away for later*

I have actually seen fanart of anthropomorphized colossi before, so the idea isn't completely new.
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.
Zurr-en-Arh was a silver age era fanboy that emulated Batman while living in a world where he had Flying Brick power. Basically made for a "What if Batman was Superman?" Story before Morrison made him a split personality of Bruce.
Failsafe was a robot created by said split personality that was designed as a well failsafe, and had Gone Horribly Right.
