Yeah, that's way too wide a shot and it seems to rely too much on the caption. Pull regardless of replacement.
It should go, certainly.
(Annoyed grunt)I vote to BUPKIS this trope.
Pull the current.
Not too sure about it, but this Naruto panel might work.
Pull the current.
Not sure about the above. It looks evil enough, but there's no indication that it was a Butt-Monkey before. The person in front of it could have been defiantly taunting it, for all I know. Perhaps there is a panel from the past events that shows the Butt-Monkey part?

Spiral out, keep going.Ok, considering that's not at all what's going on in that image, I see how it can be misinterpreted and retract my suggestion
A bit too early to call BUPKIS on this, though; there has to be some example of some supervillain being laughed at in their childhood...
Clock is set.
What does it mean when the clock is set?
It means there's a 3-day timer put on the thread, with the intent that if nothing substantial happens before that time's up, the thread will be locked.
I cannot see the characters in the image very well. They are way too small. I think the image should be cropped and zoomed in. Also I don't think it illustrates the trope well because the reader will not understand why it is an example of Who's Laughing Now? if they don't know who the characters are. There is no context.
