Yeah, that needs to go.
Wow, that's bad. Pull it.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?If it weren't for the URL I'd think it was intended for a different trope. Pull.
Pull regardless of replacement.
Maybe this◊ from the Colin Firth Pride and Prejudice, with added text and arrows to show the relationship between the characters? ("Sisters" and "Best Friends," or something)
^ Miles better if we can make the relationship apparent.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Clock is set.

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)8 seems good.
(Annoyed grunt)Good enough; 8's up and tagged. Caption?
Old pic:
Only seeing this now. Is 8 really an example? If I understand the trope correctly, one of the best friends must be brother to either of the two brides which doesn't seem to be the case. I am confused.
^ I think you're just reading it too narrowly. There are a variety of possible connections that can make it an example—two male best friends marrying two women who are sisters is one.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Okay, now I see it. A pretty pathetic attempt at closeness this is, methinks [rollingeyes].
No caption discussion; locking up.
JAFAAC if ever I've seen one. More than that, it's straight up confusing by suggesting some sort of relation between two Dracula and Frankenstein figures from different works, but what that has to do with the trope...? Without showing anything at all about one character having a relationship with the other character's sister/daughter, it's worse than nothing.
