Having "no pic for now," especially if it's looking like people can't agree on any of the suggestions, is usually fine. Generally that's encouraged because it allows people who disagree with any of the options to have a voice in the crowner.
Having an option that just says "pic" would be redundant because you'd need to choose which picture, plus it is necessarily the opposite of "no pic," meaning that you'd just vote down on the "no pic" option.

Collect all suggestions on a crowner and add "No pic" as an alternate option.
Having read through the description for the trope properly, I withdraw The Phantom since he doesn't live in a world where super powers are normal and therefore doesn't fit the trope.

Having looked again at the trope description, it seems that "badass" doesn't only cover strength, but also extends to being clever or a genius gadgeteer, which means that the current picture actually fits the trope.

I still stand by my contention that this is unpicturable except maybe through popcultural osmosis, and that's a grey area as it is.

Bumping with a question in mind... if this came to a crowner, should "pic" or "no pic" be an initial crowner (ie. subsequent "if pic, which one" crowner) or should "no pic" just be one option on such a crowner?
