Well if so then if next episode is where Fran dies then I say good riddance. So far she is a very underwhelming & just plain unimpressive character. That fight with Mordred better be good & don't no one give me any nonsense about her being cute makes up for being a cardboard corpse cause simply being cute does not make you a good character. Even then I don't think she's that cute but hey I'm biased.

I also dislike Sieg cause he's obviously gonna end up with Jeanne along with just being a rather boring charcter. Why can't we have Kairi & Mordred as the main characters?

Wondering, besides the fan favorites or Go-Lion and Mo-san, which characters do you like so far?

Seeing a lot of love on the interwebs for Fran being cute, Caules for being a legit nice guy.

I don't care about Fran, but Caules is good. I guess Fiore also work as character somehwow.

Fran's cute. Apart from her I think I'm only interested in Mordred. I know Karna and Semiramis get more interesting later but for now I just don't care.

Oh yeah and I'm trying to give Astolfo a chance. He's okay.

Fran, Mordred, and Astolfo are my favorites for being various types of cute. Plus Mordred and Fran's relationships with their Masters are nice too.

I like Avi, the Black Caster even though we haven't seen much of him cause I really like his look & his golem powers, Achilles cause he's Achilles so he has to be cool, Vlad's great, Shakespeare is pretty hilarious, Siegfried for his look & actions, Karna too where it also helps that I played Extella so I already know of him beforehand & Semi is pretty hot.

For the Masters..... well the priest is nicely mysterious & I respect glasses more for being a decent brother. That's it though, most of the Masters aren't that interesting really.

I find Fran more disturbing than cute to be honest. She sounds and acts too much like a bad stereotype of a entally disabled person.

Well, the only reason she isn't talking to people is because she doesn't find them worth the effort.

To be fair that is how Frankenstein's Monster normally is. The creature is not well mentally due to the fact it is a patchwork abomination of corpses & lighting. Being chased by villagers with flaming torches did it no favor here. Its issues are normally played for horror & tragedy.

The difference here though is due to the fact Fran is an attractive female so its instead being played up as cuteness to increase the muh moe & waifu factor.

^ That's the movie version of the monster, yes. Fran seems more based on the book version.

Berserkers tend to be mentally screwy yes.

Though Fran's pretty chill compared to say Spartacus.

To be honest, I'm not sure why Victor thinks she's stupid or that she can't speak. She has to have asked him for a companion at some point because Caules already knows what her wish is. And since she's more based on the book version than the movie version, she should actually be quite chatty.

Wasn't it because she fell extremely in love with him with dissatisfied him so he abandoned the Adam & Eve plan?

Hmmh I can't believe I find myself forgetting this but it does make for interesting knowledge. Fran is not actually a gender-flip. Especially if you look at her attire which is clearly a wedding gown then she is actually the bride not the original creature. Its just in her backstory Frankenstein always wanted to make a couple so he made the women first & planned for the guy second.

At first, I think, but then she was like 'ok fuck you then buddy, just make me someone else to hang out with.' And then she chased him around probably killing all his relatives and stuff until they both died in the arctic.

Also, he was more disturbed by how she disemboweled a dog and tried to give it to him as a present. Something like that anyway.

Gyaru Priest is turning more and more OC. Yeah, I'm sure that your wish to "heal all humans" is credible with all the fire behind you and your Servant looking at you like you've just left a blood shower. And he has a katana now and Fran is probably so screwed.

Sieg does a noble thing and now has a Homunculus buddy. They're walking right into Astolfo's Hot Teacher Dominatrix Yandere Master though, probably.

Karna blocks otherworldy spikes with his abs. Of course. Spartacus is back for some OI action, probably just in time to engage whoever is left on the Red side (so Mordred).

Speaking of Moedred, she drives like a lunatic.

just watched ep 6, 7 and 8 back to back, and I have to says that in the LN, Chiron almost killed Mondred twice, when he fall from the tower he made a single shot at Mondred chest that smashed through her armor, but it was thick enough to alter the path of the arrow and the arrow go to her shoulder instead of her heart. his Pankration smashed Mordred hard on the ground, made a crater around her, knocked her unconscious, and Mondred would have died if she didn't slashed Chiron's shoulder when Chiron was making the Pankration move on her, it made him unable to use his bow to finish off Mordred.

I hate how all Archer class servant's display of power have been heavily downplayed from the LN, like the Atalanta shot in ep 4 was suppose to blast Siegfreid through several trees and knock him unconscious instead of pinning him to a tree. or in this ep, a weak servant like Fran defend against Atalanta NP like that, and she didn't in the LN. A1 must hate archers or something.

Oh shit man that is fucked up thing to do to majorly change the fights. Very disappointing.

Recent episode was pretty good though. Very action packed & interesting moments like with Chiron & Achilles. Sieg's scene feel out of place though. Its like this random kid walking through the battlefield & everyone is just ignoring him.

Also why is Asto riding a griffon? Is that what he actually rides?

Actually yes. That's the strongest mount he has, though the other one is a horse made of fire and hurricanes.

For some reason doesn't show up in Type Moon.

Yeah, they were too on the nose with Kotomine
