Watched the last episode. Competent Government!? That's where I draw the line!.

Meteora stands out as the leader of the gang. I like it! Also all the fictional characters are surprisingly in character. I love that kind of attention to detail.

Sharky is more or less confirmed the villain of the series like I thought. I don't know whether or not Altair or her is gonna end up being the big villain in the end but Sharky made it clear this ep that she's on neither side and is definitely the most evil character shown so far. On the plus side it seems like Mamika is finally going to join the hero team where she belongs. Also goddamnit I hate the poor communication kills trope. Sota open your damn mouth you idiot.

It still bums me out that Celestia doesn't have her mecha with her. It would be so cool.

Sharky sure is evil, and talkative. Her power is interesting.

No, but seriously, there is no real reason for them to fight. This is literally situation that could've been resolved by talking it out.

Alice is basically a refugee from Berserk with a sense of social responsibility. If you'd heard of a way to make that world less shit, you'd burn down half the planet to get to it, regardless of how unlikely it is.

I know she desperate and not thinking rationally. If she did she would realize how nonsensical her plans are.

It more surprises me how the bearded guy can buy into it. He seems more cool headed.

Also, it still bothers me that the heroes are opposing MUP based on nothing more than a hypothesis completely devoid of evidence supporting it. Because seriously, Meteora basically pulled the "Great Destruction" thing straight from her ass.

He probably has a dead loved one he wants to bring back via the rewriting of the worlds. Or something cliche like that.

Mamika really took the changing reality of how much damage she can cause to heart. Nice to see she's worked past her initial freakout and has done a 180 on "If you can't convince them, beat the crap out of them."

Our heroes are working with the backing of the government and have everything they need provided for them. Our antagonists live under a bridge and have to steal wood from a fence to make fire for their instant tea. Interesting contrast.

So fillerdude was precisely right about Sharky, apparently.

Also by the end of the episode I was imagining her going 'wait, am I the only one who can't fly? That's some bull right there.'

This keeps geting better and better! The lovechild of Orochimaru and Dr. Jackal adds a nice twistedness to the cast. She's nothing like I imagined her and has an interesting power with an unclear powerlevel.

This is everything I wanted!

Edit: I now want a Meteora vs Magane verbal battle.

Alice was right when she called out Magane's "sophistry", but Magane uses that rhetoric and wordplay, along with her opponent's response, to activate her power. It would be interesting to see Miss Infodump vs Lies Within Lies, because it seems the best way to shut her down would be to just not talk.

She gets far less dangerous if you're familiar enough with her source material to know how her power works, though.

I assume that she makes up for that by being so incredibly gifted at manipulation and provocation that you have to respond anyway, though.

With an ability like that you need to be clever and resourceful to live long. But surly it isn't the only thing she can do.

Well, Alice is the type to get easily riled up, especially when her righteousness is challenged. And as all great demagogues Magane makes argument that have a solid logic to them, which she then twists and turns to her purposes.

I suspect Yuuya would be a good counter for her. He seems like the type of guy who just doesn't listen to what others have to say.

Is it me or is this girl like the equivalent of a really freaky Nisi Oisi N wet dream?
