While it is also "Blade Below the Shoulder", it's very clearly also a Crippling Overspecialization. He's specialized so completely for fighting that he can't even feed himself or go to the bathroom without help.

The current image seems to be more of an example of Blade Below the Shoulder instead of Crippling Overspecialization. I wonder what we could replace the current image with?
