Going ahead and bumping; only one in the green right now.

I don't understand why 9.4 isn't red. Even if Captain America were universally recognizable (which is preposterous), certainly he isn't from behind, not wearing his costume, and instead of his iconic shield it's a differently-shaped and -patterned one that he only uses in one movie. It is totally JAFAAC.

At least in 8.1 he is fighting alongside other soldiers, and looking like a superhero.

Don't ask me. It's one of the worst suggestions of him, let alone of other characters. Completely JAFAAC.

Apparently a slim majority disagrees because it's one of only two green options AND it's hit the required 2:1 approval already while the other sits at 1.7:1.

It's also the top voted in general right now by a hair.

Yeah, but that is a pretty good point. And we could do a run-off if enough people argue "Hey wait that's JAFAAC."

That said, I changed my vote because 8.whatever more clearly depicts a person in a warzone deflecting bullets with a shield, which would not normally be possible (even if the shield could withstand impact, the force should still push the shield back).

8.1 is great because it contrasts him with a normal soldier.
