Well, this cements it in my mind. I already thought it was her, but now I'm 100% convinced Furuhashi is endgame.
Well, Yuiga sure was almost unusually conscious this chapter, and Fumino seemed to lack her usual hesitation. They really did look like they were on a date.
I'm worried about the stuff with her dad. I sense incoming drama.
Chapter 60: Bow chicka bow wow...
Creed of the Happy Pessimist:Always expect the worst. Then, when it happens, it was only what you expected. All else is a happy surprise.Popularity poll results are in! Japan displays surprisingly good taste.
1. Kirisu-sensei
2. Fumino
3. Uruka
4. Ogata
5. Asumi
Nah. The fact that Sekijou isn't in the top five and that Asumi is while Uruka is somehow number three shows that Japan still has shit taste.
Sekijou? Does she even still exist?
I'd think teach getting top spot shows that better, who cares about that other girl anyway.
Secret SignatureRest of the results:
6. Nariyuki's brocon sister
7. Nariyuki
8. Sekijou
9. Sensei's sister
10. Chinami (Uruka's friend who's in the side ship)
11. Inomori (one of Fumino's fangirls)
12. Kashima (Fumino's other fangirl)
13. Chono (I think one of the girls from the music club? Not sure though)
14. The author
15. Yuiga Fumino (Japan knows what's up)
16. Kawase (Uruka's other friend)
17. Kobayashi (Nariyuki's friend who's the other half of the side ship)
18. Rizu's dad
19. Asumi's dad
20. Oomori (Nariyuki's other friend, the one with the pastries)
We do it boys. Keep the fight up, we might summon the greatest weapon in the waifu wars- editor-san and the forces of capitalism.
in all seriousness, it's not a surprise. I feel like Kirisu has been getting the most attention out of all the girls; which is kind of weird but I'm not complaining.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018New chapter. We get to see the best lady in a variety of different outfits and we start to get some character development for Yuiga.
Such a relatable chapter… Resumes, cover letters and job interviews are already stupid as is, but it's even worse when they're required to enter university of all things (you know, the thing that you pay a buttload of money to get in and don't get a refund if you fail). I'm glad we're spared that bullshit in my country. At least for now…
But anyway Yuiga, that's not how you're supposed to imagine your teacher, however hot she might be.
…I should really read this thing from the start. It looks so goddamn cute and funny.
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Though Japan has the bizarre issue of having the same deal for high school. For all the nonsense we have to put up with in the American school system, I'm still grateful for how forgiving it is. The advanced students are free to charge ahead, but anyone who is able to catch up is free to do so. You can get a job after high school and go to college later. And, of course, there's the whole matter of working while in school being none of the school's business- you take a job during the academic year at your own risk; if your grades suffer, it's your problem, and the school has nothing to do with it. And indeed, there are plenty of students who work and maintain their grades.
I mean, technically they're not, but college is necessary if they don't want to be completely railroaded with their career outlook.

This fanbase confirmed for shit taste. :P
I mean, I'm not surprised to see Rizu rank below both Fumino and Uruka in both polls. She hasn't had a serious focus chapter in a long ass time. Majority of her focus chapters lately have become gags about her quirks.
I don't mind that. I just don't think Asumi deserves to be in the top five, especially at the expense of Sekijou.
Sekijou barely appears though. Doesn't help that she's Rizu's satellite character and, like I said, Rizu has kind of gotten hit with the Flanderization stick.

Chapter out. Speaking of Sekijou...
Given that Nariyuki/Rizu is right out at this point, I am glad that the author is giving her an objectively superior consolation ship instead!
Sekijou is a good friend.
Finally starting the series from chapter 1. Loved the first chap! The art is great and the comedic timing is terrific. I'm gonna binge-read this thing during the week. =]
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Chapter 4… the childhood friend(TM) appears! Okay the… middle school friend. A pretty peppy girl to say the least. Not sure about adding a third girl so early in the game, but eh, let's see where that goes. And what's with that principal randomly adding an extra condition when Nariyuki already has his hands full? That's a low blow…
Oh and there's a brocon sister(TM) too. Why must there always be one. Oh well, she's not too annoying so far.

Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Spoilers: The sister is mostly banished to the volume extras, don't worry.
Secret SignatureOh, good to know.
Chapter 9… My, Nariyuki's methods really do work, and pretty fast too. Kinda gives me Silver Spoon vibes with Yuugo teaching Aki by using horse-related examples.
I can kinda get why the author added Uruka now… She gives a bit more liveliness to the group dynamic. So far the series does a good job at giving each character their individualities without confining them to narrow archetypes. It has its clichés, but keeps them at a bearable dose.
…Like, do teenage girls always get jealous over their bust sizes like that in real life?
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo. It's hilarious on a meta level that the little sister isn't even allowed to be part of the harem.
