Quite the army of badass people Tsukasa has ready to awaken.

Watch SymphogearThe silhouette looks like Magma.
Who was that again? I'd already forgotten him.
One Strip! One Strip! He's that older guard guy who mistrusts all the outsiders and got thrown off by one of Gen's magic tricks.
Seems plausible. It's not one of Tsukasa's guys at least. And once again, Cola saves the day. But if they don't have a fridge, that's gonna be hard.
As for Tsukasa… isn't there an awful imbalance between male and female statues in his army?
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.I mean, the fact that he's kind of a sexist ass is how they beat him before.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."Wait how was he sexist before?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."He treated Yuzuriha as a helpless hostage and a weakness to be exploited and was therefore totally blindsided when it turned out she was capable of contributing in useful ways. It was every inch the casual sexism of someone who treats women like objects and doesn't stop to think that they might have individual agency.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."Ah got it.
Huh I guess the few woman lined up seem to be the ones that really, really impressed him.
I wonder how Taiga & Yuzu are doing.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Meh. We know those two aren't anywhere near important anymore.
The new guys have pretty much replaced them.
One Strip! One Strip! His thing is physical strength>everything, and since men tend to be physically stronger he values them more. The girls he chose are probably ones who've made a name for themselves with strength, so he sees them as worthy.
I do think it's very strange that the two friends weren't there when Tsukasa showed off his army. I guess he doesn't really trust them yet. (Also, four more chapters and they'll have been gone for half the comic.)

Anyone else getting a Pillar Man vibe from Tsukasa's army of statues?
"Awaken, my lackeys"?
Seems that way. But he should be intelligent enough to know that a society with one woman for ten men is… off to a bad start. >.>
Flippé de participer à ce grand souper, je veux juste m'occuper de taper mon propre tempo.Just found this manga today, and I love it. It's like the author watched the Primitive Technology channel on Youtube and decided that it would make for a kickass manga series. (Not that I blame him, I'm writing a story with those kind of wilderness survival technology elements myself)
Also, I'm predicting that the task Senkuu assigned Yuzuriha is to work to see if she can reassemble a shattered statue and use the miracle water to revert them to a whole human. He did mention that the depetrification process seemed to bind any cracks in the stone, so there really shouldn't be a problem as long as enough of the pieces are found and put together correctly. (Sucks for those bits he experimented on, though)
As for why Kohaku and the others in her village are so primitive, I assume it's because their ancestors weren't super geniuses like Senkuu. They were probably just normal people with no particular specialized knowledge and had to use all their energy just to survive in the stone world, like Senkuu was doing before Taiju awakened. Without the kind of encyclopedic specialized knowledge Senkuu has, and with no educational system or surviving sources of information, the majority of knowledge of the old world was probably lost in less than 3 generations.

The magician guy thought there'd be more girls in Tsukasa's society, he'd probably be disappointed to learn the truth.
Chrome and Kohaku really are one hell of a step up from whatshisname and whatsherface.
I wonder if we'll be glad or "bleh, THOSE guys again" when those two reappear in the plot...
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."I bet they'll have got some kind of upgrade by that time. Hopefully. Or maybe they'll have a kid, who knows.
But yeah, the two we have now are great. Magma's just your cliché moustache-twirling villain, but as long as he's just a mini-boss I can handle it…

Megane achieved.
Ah yes. Megane indeed.

"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Ha, yeah we finally got Megane.
Though from the looks of it Kinrou needs to become one too. This is a huge setback in the heroes plan.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
New chapter out.
Gen sold Tsukasa for cola. SCIENCE!
