I don't think so. Unless she somehow starts WW3 through the internet, but that's more annihilation.

It depends on how many important figures he can assassinate, which important figures he assassinates, and how well he can imitate them. If well, it is entirely possible he can succeed, especially by killing and replacing the right people. If poorly imitated, at least a few weeks to months, depending on how fast people catch on and how frequently he changes guises. If a straight-up, guns-blazing, attack head-on invasion, he won't last a day, if that. Spies aren't exactly made for direct combat.

The US probably won't stand a chance.

She just gets arrested and locked up without much effort.

I can't make out what your avatar is so i'll just assume it's some sort of erupting volcano.

Depending on where it appears the effects could range from not that bad to disasterous but assuming it appears in the middle of the country and that it is geologicaly connected to the rest of the planet then whatever area it appears on will need to be evacuated ASAP before thousands dies from the falling debris and other fallout from the eruption.

TL;DR it isn't going to destroy the country unless it's a supervolcano but i can kill tens of thousands especially since it seems to be already in the middle of erupting.

Professor Eggman and his army of badniks are enough to invade a city in the United States of America and beyond if he has enough stuff from the Sonic franchise.

A few solders would be killed, but not too much damage would be done to the country.

Possibly victorious, depending on whether or not Riddler gets cocky and starts slipping up, and which inventions he uses in his attack.

I think this guy might utterly crush the U.S., especially with his allies.

He looks like the leader of an army, so it'd probably be close.

The US might just be doomed.

It's just one guy. He might do a lot of damage before he's taken out, but nothing that can't be recovered from.
