Suggestion (runoff crowner 2/24/17): Music.Miley Cyrus

I might suggest on changing the page image of Miley Cyrus to something more up-to-date or sort-of like that. The current page image was from 2012 by the way. I was thinking of this:

I don't mind to update the pic, but I'd rather it be something more...neutral?

Here are some pics of her from 2013 to 2016. 2013 seems old, but that look was so iconic. That, and I have a thing for women with red lips. 👄💄

3, 4, and 5 are my picks of those...no real preference between them.

Personally, I pick 1, 2, 4, and 5. 6 looks so Hillary Clinton-ish

I was gonna say 3.4 if downsized a bit, but it's about the same dimensions as what's on the page right now, so eh. It works.

I hooked the crowner, reformatted the links, and removed the unneeded filler in the options.

Votes bump; three in the green.

Bump for update and query. Should we pick the image when there're high votes at the end of the month, or when there's a certain number like 10 or 15?

Crowners are normally called after 7 days if there's a clear winner (or earlier if need be), but the three options in the green are closer than I'd like to make a call on, so this one can go for another day or two to see if one option pulls ahead.

Bump for updates. So far, 3.7 is on the lead, next by a tie of 3.3 and 3.4.

I've hooked a runoff crowner for the three options that were in the green, as there wasn't much shifting between them.

Since tomorrow is March, and I had been thinking that a new image would be picked before the month ends, should we wrap this up now?
