Do Seals actually stack like that? I haven't paid much attention to the mechanics testing since the seal forge came out, but I thought multiple skills of the exact same level didn't stack? In regards to weapon skills?

Or am I completely remembering this?

Well at least I'm positive that the HP seals did.

My "Marth" has +8 total HP to Reciprocal Aid away...

In this Arena season, 4694 is not enough to get past Tier 18. I was gonna be lazy and ride it out except I slipped off the top 40% yesterday, so I had to redo my Arena run just now.

In next Arena season, Subaki though! I just finished building a good one two weeks ago. Looks like I won't need to pull Dorcas for Arena. (But will still hold out for a copy for Tempest.)

The lack of a horse bonus unit discouraged using full horse emblem on defense. With Ursula around, though... can they live without Reinhardt?

At tier 19-20? Yes, I'm sure they can. Hell, they'd probably make it something like Sigurd+3, Brave Lyn+3, Reinhardt+8, and Ursula+2.

My flier emblem team involves Michalis marrying the princess of Hoshido, Nohr, and Valla while she was on vacation. And joining up with Tana and Caeda, because apparently Michalis believes that the key to taking over the world is getting ins with as many princesses as possible. (I'd been planning on switching out Caeda for Nowitch, which would break theme, but I do have Elincia now. Hmm.)

Also, horse emblem consists of Cecilia watching over Xander, Camus, and her boy Reinhardt to make sure none of them do anything excessively patriotic.

Skills from different sources usually stack. I stacked Breath of Life all the time on Tempest runs.

Maybe Nowitch is there to help Michalis get the girls via hexes or candy?

IIRC, my a-team is something like xander and Camus discovering the interesting concept of self-cest, or at least Heterosexual Life-Partners, whike ursula's, trying to get even more perfect by stacking summoner support and support with priscilla, who's here to bail everyone out of whatever bullshit the chain challenges throw at them. that's some quality OTT right there.

Also sometimes bowlyn, Eldigan or reinhardt joins the party so Camus can cet even more confused, while ursula can get a nice reminder of how far her "perfection" gets her against sacae's blessing and mulagir.

Now that i think of it, bowlyn would probably be the dom in a lesbian relationship with ursula. Welp, nice thought to start the day with.

Heh, today is as good a day as any to give S!Camilla Triangle Adept I guess, if she's to face both Reinhardt and Ursula.

Especially as nowadays she doesn't really have a use for Darting Blow anymore.

Headcanons with our teams? My Horse Emblem cast involves a Xander and Camus as Heterossexual Life Partners, Jagen and Gunter hating each other's guts due to some sort of Noodle Incident, Brave Lyn and Frederick being mentors to Brave Roy and Cain (respectively), Sully having an unrequited crush on Abel, and my new unexpected OTP of Eliwood x Titania (Eliwood's personality in this game is from FE 6, which is why it works). Reinhardt's also there, but he doesn't hang out with anybody.

On the flier team, I have Elincia being mentored by Cordelia and Palla, with the former being overly harsh and the latter being more motherly. Both agree that Elincia has surpassed them both, but neither has told her, since Cordelia wants Elincia to remain humble.

Also, Nino & Sharena are best friends and try to cheer everybody else up.

Most skills that don't specify a limitation stack. I know I've gone against more than one team with a unit sporting both Distant Def 3 and the Distant Def 3 Seal. I've also personally stacked HP+ and Breath of Life. The last one can actually be really silly with, say, Performing Inigo, who can technically get up to healing 21 HP to people per attack.

I guess it depends.

I doubt you'll hit three times with Brash Assault 3 and the BA seal. But as long as it's stats, it usually stacks, so Distant Def, the various +X Skill seals, and the hypothetical Fury skill.

After all, Fury already stacks with the Ylissean Summer weapons (Seashell, Deft Harpoon, Watermelon, Refreshing Bolt).

You probably won't hit three times, no, but one of them can negate half a breaker (the enemy will still get their double) or Wary Fighter, then the other should still give you your guaranteed follow-up attack (unless they have another skill/Seal that negates that).

Dunno if this is an ongoing meme or not, but I noticed that since there's a Newbie Boom for FE 4 because of this game, I noticed that there's a pattern of 'getting to know Tailtiu'.

• Step 3: Her fate... S-sniff...

I dunno if this is becoming a meme... Well, I just made one reaction face because of it, but I'm not sure... Seen this on Twitter during the early days she just got in, and there some others that react like this...

Encountered a wild Xander in Arena Assault that, for some reasons, had no weapon whatsoever.

It had Quick Riposte though, so I'm not sure what it is that I just witnessed. At any rate, it allowed me to safely wrap up a deathless Assault, so cheers Xander, you could've ruined this easily with literally any weapon whatsoever.

Arena (Assault) scoring guide that may be of interest to people. A lot of the information has been going around in bits and pieces, though it's nice to have everything in one place. A few things that seem harder to come by is that apparently SP and BST contribution to point values are pretty harshly truncated and the estimated value for seals that don't have equivalent skills. The one seal that's a bit contested is Quickened Pulse. The guide estimates 100-120 SP, but trials a whale over at SF has been doing suggests it's closer to 150.

EDIT: Might have been unequip tanking to train a new unit. If they're using the training tower, the very first run would have updated Xander to the arena servers.

Anyone else having a problem with Defense scores? Maybe it’s that my team just sucks, but a thing telling us how many people at least attempted to fight us would be nice.

I know it’s only 900 feathers but, c’mon.

Might be the map rotation and the new seals. I usually get at least 3 defenses with Xander/Nino/Rein/bonus, but only got 1 this week.

You may need either a trollier team comp or to colour stack blue/green (mono red is usually a bad idea, though).

Uh, does that mean I should gratuitously put my most expensive seals when going through the arena?

My defense scores varies wildly weekly: some weeks I have no wins whatsoever, the other weeks my team is getting tons of wins despite being a lame duck team.

I've been consistently getting at least 2 Defense wins (last week I even got 4), but this week I only got one.

I've been consistently getting 5+ defense wins ever since I switched to Black Knight/DC Amelia/Effie. Guess not everyone knows how to deal with armors.

x3 If you're looking to maximize score, yes.

A lot of people don't even check skills, so bulky Distant Counter units with Vantage catches them with their pants down.
