That would not have affected the strat I eventually used, though. Faye is the poison/savage build.

Theoretically, I think Sanaki with Panic Ploy will basically stop Cecilia in her tracks. Too bad she explodes against literally everything except Green tomes.

Eh, I have TA Sophia with Quick Riposte. She gives no fucks about a busted Cecilia.

Someone else will have to provide the Panic Ploy, though, as a neutral Sanaki only has 33 HP. That's not even enough to debuff the Normal Cecilia with the first-level seal. To one-round the Lunatic version, Sanaki would need a Hone Atk 3 and for Cecilia to be both Panicked and not on a def tile (or just inherit G Tomebreaker/Quick Riposte, I guess).

EDIT: She should care about whether Cecilia is fully buffed or not (or Panicked). Even a 5* +Res Sophia gets one-rounded by Lunatic Cecilia's gargantuan 87 Atk (and non-trivial 39 Spd) when full buffed.

I successfully completed the Ryo lunatic mission, without inducing panic in the enemy ranks.

Fully buffed Gronnblade TA Cecilia was able to instantly destroy the attacking enemy Reinhardt. I judiciously placed my Priscilla and Mathilda to be in position to rebuff Cecilia on the next turn and have Cecilia nuke both her alter ego (likely to be unbuffed by that point) and the enemy Peri (lol Peri). Enemy Eldigan broke his teeth trying to attack Mathilda and got killed easily. Friendly Olwen did nothing but Ward Cecilia on the first round, giving her enough resist to take only 10 damage from Reinhardt's moonbow (0 damage otherwise). She was there just in case Eldigan somehow killed Mathilda.

Well, good thing I never experienced that. Sophia killed when Cecilia wasn't boosted.

Dragon map was easy thanks to Julia. Well okay I made a misclick and lost Ephraim unnecessarily, but I turned it around with Julia making short work of everyone. Though she needed Tharja to kill herself to soften up Fae, which charged up Dragon Fang so that she could oneshot Tiki with Mysterious Dancer's buff.

I'm tired of seeing Brave Lyns and Brave Ikes in the Arena. Bleh.

You guys hyped up the Gronnblade+ Cecilia map way too much. Brave Lyn ate her on Lunatic with some Horse Emblem support.

The other Lunatic maps gave me more trouble.

That map gave me trouble when TA3 Sophia couldn't kill Cecilia. Ridiculous. Then I messed up another time and activated Wings Reinhardt, who nuked my plan. Thankfully Deirdre/P!Azura/Reinhardt/B!Lyn were able to save the day overall. How do people do it without Deirdre? I certainly wouldn't be comfortable having Julia tank that Reinhardt.

I just used Horse Emblem. Cecilia tanks and kills Rein, deals some damage to the enemy Cecilia before dying, Eldigan pokes Xander, and then Peri doesn't do much. Was an easy mop up after that.

Yeah, the last challenge on Lunatic pretty much tells you don't play fair either.

I certainly didn't. Quickened Pulse Sophia with Infantry Pulse Brave Ike means 1-CD Bonfire to blast Cecilia with. Swordbreaker Valter kills Eldigan on the second hit with Luna. Cecilia with Deflect Magic destroys Reinhardt. Brave Ike goes Peri hunting afterwards.

Hold on I think I missed something. I haven't really been paying attention to the game lately but what the heck is the issue with Ayra?

She was released on an unannounced second banner only a few days after the Sigurd, Deidre, Talihu banner, so most people had already spent all their orbs.

She was also shown off in a way that had been exclusive to free units before her, and is the first ever new unit to be stuck on a banner with old units.

Sterok: My Nino murdered Rein, though she is merged to +7, built for a bit of extra tank and has two S supports. Less boosted Ninos would probably need the Deflect Magic or Distant Defense seals (mine still uses her HP +3 seal).

Yeah, I forgot Deflect Magic exists. Probably would've remembered if I didn't have Deirdre, but she took care of the biggest threat anyway.

Alright! Good news for me! I finally got Deirdre! With a boon in Attack, no less!

Bad news... the Bane is in Speed. Can’t win ‘em all...

Well, at least +Atk/-Spd really helps facilitate the Quick-Riposte-Iceberg-bomb build.

For me at least, the map wasn't particularly hard, she just caught me off guard with how inflated her stats were. I've had more failures to Wing of Mercy Eldigan warping in to eat my Cecilia than Cecilia herself.

I just remembered. Now that Sigurd is voiced by Grant George... that dude also voiced Lancer in Fate Zero (Diarmuid). Who... had a MASSIVE Dying Curse on having his ideals betrayed and he's killed in a most dishonorable way.

... Now I just imagine that moments as Arvis incinerate him, Sigurd let out a Dying Curse...

I GOT SIGURD AND DEIDRE!

Both were -ATK/+RES though. Eh. They hit like trucks anyway.

Damn, that means all three focus units I got were -ATK. What are the odds?

Onto the PA banner...

With my first batch of Tempest orbs, finally drew an Axura! But she's -Spd +Res, because of course she is. Ah well, IV's don't matter much for a dancer. Now I think I'll wait for the datamine before I decide if I want to go for Olivia for one last shot at 4/4. And I think this Axura and my Tailtiu might get along rather well in the Tempest...
