Flowers, perfume... We gonna get some "distinguished model" type as a foil to Ribbon's "peppy pop star" archetype? I dunno, it could also be a curveball to some kind of hyper "fancy" dude?
Scents will be a theme for sure. A new ARM with some kind of cloud effect?

Vega claw on an ARMS? Sounds neat, but not sure if we already have something like that covered?
Well, Ninjara already got the chains though, so I doubt it'll be a hookshot with a claw at the end.
What I'm more thinking along the lines of Vega, is a narcissist fighter perfume salesman (or something like that) who has a rose/flowers gimmick. His extendo-things are plant stems/vines. The attachment could be claws, flowers or venus flytraps.

Oh I wasn't suggesting that the teaser picture would hint at claw ARMS, that was just atangent thought related to just the Vega comment.
But hey, rose thorn extend-o-ARMS sounds plausible.
Well, I did say claws were possible, just unlikely to be on a chain (hookshot) since that's Ninjara's gimmick.
