Suggestion: Big Shadow Little Creature

This two-shot was suggested as a replacement for current image on Big Shadow, Little Creature. Discuss.

As I said on the other thread, I support the suggestion. It would be great to have a page image that you don't have to squint at.

Is the problem with the current that it's too small? I could probably find a crop of the same page that's probably wider and/or zoomed in better on the relevant part.

The quality is also awful.

Also, I'd much rather have something that's potholed to a work page instead of an Amazon link.

I recognize the book myself, (Halloween Mice) and happen to have a copy of it downstairs. I could probably scan a higher-quality image of it, and/or create a works page for it, later this evening.

I like that image partly because it gets it all in one panel, and partly because it's so cute.

I couldn't even tell the mice were mice at first glance. It would be nice if the image is more centered and clear.

I decided to just scan my own copy of it.

Here's◊ the full page, in case anyone thinks a wider or narrower crop would be more fitting, but in the meantime, here's the crop that I think would work best...

I too favor the suggestion over the current. It's a much better illustration of the trope.

If not as a page image, it'll be good for Image Links.

Well, it's been a couple days. Anyone else have any thoughts on this? Would the Halloween Mice one be better with a wider crop, (even if that'd make the mice smaller relative to the image) narrower crop, (even if that'd make the image taller) or is it fine as it is?
