-Holding the device up, he thrusts his arm to the side to spin the wheel and point it with the blue side up, causing a voice to suddenly play-

-A digital screen suddenly appears behind him depicting an image◊ as strange◊ objects◊ fly◊ out◊ in threes and scatter across the street and buildings-

-The young man himself dematerializes into a strange cloud of orange blocks, just before the pipe comes at him, and rematerializes just a ways behind the crazed man-

Oh hey now... Show a bit of sportsmanship will you? I don't wanna cheat as much as the next guy after all.

-Pressing a button on the device, another digital image appears and passes through his body, transforming him◊ and armoring him up-

-Realizing what just happened, the masked man quickly Dash away. With his cybernetic arm he holds up a futuristic pistol, spewing weak but numerous plasma bolts at the other masked man-

-His mask scrambles into a static before displaying "NO_FILE"-

Eh? Hang on a second, don't go quitting on me so soon~!

-He holds his hand out at the Jump Item, drawing it towards himself-

We haven't even started yet.

-He doesn't make much of a move to dodge the shots, instead bearing them straight on and causing sparks to fly off him-

Oof! That singes... But I think that's a fair handicap, eh?

-The item collides with his body, causing another random voice to announce:-

HIGH JUMP!

-Realizing he needs more firepower, the masked man dashes into a nearby gun store. Not even three seconds later, he returns with a fully-loaded assault rifle, firing more powerful and faster projectiles at the Kamen Rider-

-For a split second, his mask display a cartoon crate with a parachute gliding through the sky-

-If the Kamen Rider look upwards, there seems to be something about to fall on his position-

Whoa now!

-Powered by the... well, power up, Para-DX leaps into the air to avoid the hail of gunfire-

-He didn't catch the signal on his opponent's mask, though, and simply jumped straight up in the same direction as what was coming down...-

-It's a delivery drone, and a military grade one at that. The momentum of its descent ensures it'll crush anything in its path, and even create a shockwave once it touches the ground-

-The masked man reloads his rifle before resuming fire at his opponent-

It's dark... no...

-He glances up for just a moment and decides...it's best to use the momentum of getting shot out for now to knock him out of its path-

-He holds his guard up and braces against the hail of gunfire again, enduring the pain as he narrowly avoids the oncoming drone-

-The drone crashes into the pavement with a staggering force. Even then, it looks like it's only somewhat damaged. The drone opens its cargo bay, revealing a two handed High Frequency Blade up for the taking-

-The man tosses his empty gun away and chains his Dashes to grab his ordered weapon. Once its content empty, the drone closes itself and flies away like nothing had happened-

Nngh... Oogh... Playing all your cards, huh? You're doing much better than the people I usually play against~!

-He hisses a little more, shaking his arms off-

Come on then~!

-He makes a shifting motion, shuffling the items on the field into a grid-like fashion to pick apart two specific power-ups, and then marches towards him-

METALLIZE! MUSCULAR!

-Appropriately, his body flashes and turns to metal and briefly swells up to indicate his boosted strength-

-While his opponent is powering up, the man reconfigures his cyberwares. He then cracks his knuckles, his mask playing a slide from a business presentation. "Learn. Adapt.", adorned with graphs and clip arts-

-The man activates an energy shield that covers his frontal arc. He chains his Dashes towards his opponent, covering the distance at a blinding speed. It's obvious that he intends to use the shield as a battering ram, which, if successful, may stun the Rider and open him up to a slash from his greatsword-

-The pinnacle of confidence, Para-DX just digs his heels in and gathers blue energy in his fist and foot-

Here's for a good old fashioned clash!

-He finally throws his first hit, impacting the shield hard enough to produce a shockwave from it-

-His power-up held through! Whether his opponent's shield shatters or breaks, he fully intends to follow it up with a charged up front kick-

-The man swings his swords in response, but in order to do that, he needs to lower his shield first. Which results in him being punted into the air-

-While hurtling through the streets, he draws his futuristic pistol from before. It appears he somehow modified it in such a short time span, as the plasma bolts it fires noticeably stronger than before-

-Unfortunately for Para-DX his powerup runs out just after his second hit-

-From the way he's laughing to himself, though, it looks like he's enjoying the fight-

This really is the way to play...

-He pursues his opponent, strafing left and right to avoid his blasts-

-Skidding to a halt, he notices his quarry chasing after him. His mask flashes neon green with the word "ЩЙТ", and so does the wide, static barrier he materializes through his cybernetic arm. This barrier stops any kinetic or thermal energy that hit its business end, but lets projectiles fired behind it to pass through. The man takes advantage of this by keeping up his plasma barrage on the Kamen Rider-

Whoa-ho! That looks nasty!

-Para-DX stops his charge to duck behind a car, taking hold of his tool again-

I don't think I wanna know what that does personally but...

-Turning the wheel over twice so that the indicator has gone to the red, a new screen◊ emerges just above him-

KNOCKOUT FIGHTER.
THE STRONGEST FIST! Round One. ROCK AND FIRE!

-The game screen gives away his enemy's hiding spot. His cyber arm produces a small fragmentation grenade, which he lobs at the Rider's location-

-Knowing there was no way that didn't give him away, he stands up and turns back to his opponent-

-A puzzle piece pattern shield generates in front of him to block the incoming grenade as he slots his device back in its holster-

DUAL UP! EXPLOSION HIT! KNOCKOUT FIGHTER!

-To match the new screen, Para-DX's head... rather, his helmet turns entirely like an owl, and his huge shoulder pads transfer down to his fists like gloves-

-The man dematerializes his barrier and equips the HF Blade. Gripping the sword with both hand, he takes a stance and prepares a charged slash...-

-...And chain-Dashes his way right in front of Para-DX, releasing the energy stored as a massive swing. The attack also generates short-ranged Sword Beam that cuts through anything it touches.

-The moment the barrier goes down he puts up his dukes to get ready for his next attack...-

-But it comes too quick! He lets loose a quick flaming jab as a counter, but he suffers a severe slash across his body-

-He intends to follow up the attack with another swing, but the flaming punch interrupts the attack-

-Instead, he dashes back and starts firing his automatic pistol again-

-His mask flashes the image of a crate again. There's no shadow this time, though-

All's good. It's actually almost midnight here for me, so I gotta pull out unfortunately...

-Holding one of his arms up as cover, Para-DX looks down at the damage he just sustained-

-Ooh that cut stung deeper than he expected... it's gotten a mighty cleave across his chest plate-

Oh that's no good at all... You've piqued my interest! If we meet again I'll play seriously~!

-And amidst the gunfire he dematerializes again into an orange, blocky mist...-

-The man shakes his head. His mask displays a sunset with the words "WE WERE NEVER FRIENDS" overlaid. He retrieves the energy shotgun delivered to him by another drone, and sets off for a different part of the city-

Anyone up for a fight?

possibly, idk yet but if we do it I would like to keep it non-lethal only.

A small cat enters an old arena. Although a Shrinking Violet, she enjoys her hobbies, and as a massive Bookworm, she wanted to study the architecture here so that she can get a good grade for her upcoming exam. But just as she was settling down with her books, things take a sudden turn for the worse as she senses a strong presence of conflict...
