Nope. The uploader is designed for embedding images in pages now. That said, you can upload an image to a sandbox page (or your troper page) and use the URL.

Not inherently. We sometimes sweep them up and cutlist them, but there's no formal process.

I used to be able to make a bookmark for the image uploader page (tvtropes.org/pmwiki/imguploader.php). Now it's a pop-up from IP forum
threads. Is there a way I can make a bookmark (or something else) so I can "summon" it any time?
