Before any pic goes up, it'll need to be decided on here. That page had an image at one point that was removed (can't post the link ATM) so it can't be that specific pic. Did you have one in mind?

We'll need to ensure the page gets a tag on its page so others can know an image is being discussed. We do our thread titles differently here as opposed to most other subforums. Here, it's <issue selected via drop-down>: <page in question, with non-main namespaces joined with a period>. TRS does the same style.
I'll do the title adjustments, then we can handle the proposed images.

Agreed. We need to find a picture of him doing something so diabolically evil so that even people who aren't Whovians know that he's bad news. Just zapping people might not do it.

Winifred Gillyflower holding her blind daughter hostage althought I admit she's not the most iconic villain in the series.
Holding a gun to a crying blind person's head is definitely a monstrous thing to do, but seeing how the person holding the gun is an old woman, I'm not sure. I also haven't seen the episode in a while, would that picture be a spoiler?
It's a mild spoiler as it happens toward the end of the episode but otherwise it's obvious that Mrs Gillywflower is evil.
