I noticed the Insect Gender-Bender trope thanks to a thread on Ask The Tropers, where it was mentioned that the page was a bit too ranty, although some of it has been fixed by the troper who brought it up. The page has other issues as well, but right now I'm more concerned about the image. Without the (somewhat bitter sounding) caption, it says nothing. It's just a picture of a male drone that doesn't display the trope in action.
It probably needs an image displaying an obviously male ant or bee as the hero, king, commander, etc., and, in my opinion, it needs a better caption to go with the new image.
For we shall slay evil with logic...
