Here's the uniform◊ the crew will be wearing, and a layout of the ship.

• Deck A: The highest deck at the top of the ship. It's here the bridge◊ is located.
• Deck B: Briefing Room.◊ The Captain's ready room (office).◊ Captain's quarters.◊
• Deck C: Chief Officer Lounge Complex (dining room, observation lounge, kitchen, game room).
• Deck D: Chief Officer quarters (king-size bed).
• Deck E: Officer's dining mess. Officer quarters (single bunk in each room). Computer memory banks.
• Deck F: Ensign quarters (two bunks in each room) and junior officer quarters (same).
• Deck G: Science labs (biochemistry, anthropology, biophysics), Chief Science Officer Seath's lab, transporter room◊ (one for personnel and one for assault squads), general cargo holds, security complex (control, armory, training room, staging room), sickbay◊ complex (ICU unit, Chief Medical Officer's office, pathology/biopsy lab, storage/stasis lockers, Counselor's office), recreation complex (holodeck, games floor, lounges, observation gallery).
• Deck H: Evacuation transporter, airlock complex (airlock, maintenance, damage control), additional Science labs (most of the very-dangerous stuff is kept here).
• Deck I: Cargo transporters, cargo holds.
• Deck J: Sensor bay (you know when they say 'sensors are picking up x'? well, the sensors are here)
• Deck I-K: Various engineering equipment.
• Deck L: Assorted torpedo-related machinery.
• Deck M: Torpedo launch bay. Docking ports.
• Deck N: Various engineering systems.
• Deck O: Warp Drive Engineering Complex, flight control.
• Deck P: Engineering Complex (workshops, dining mess, observation lounge, hangar control gallery, maneuvering thruster control, ).
• Deck Q: Ship's Power Distribution, Cargo Catwalk, Docking Ports, Hangar Bay
• Deck R: Deflector beam emittor. Environmental control. Shuttlecraft and travel pod parking.
• Deck S: Fusion reactor control. More cargo bay stuff. More parking stuff.
• Deck T: Reactor Control◊. Botanical Garden and Lab. Pool complex.
• Deck U: Main Reactor Complex.
• Deck V: Waste disposal tube.
• All of these are connected by turbolift.◊

By the way, Strat, I'm wondering if it might make more sense for Ulrik to sit at the centermost Helm, at least for everyday operations.

Well, I guess it would depend on if Seath would be able to discern such a thing. If no, then best remove it. If yes, then I'll have Zim launch into one of his denial rants about what a normal human he is.

Going off the idea that we want Zim's disguise to last longer than five proverbial minutes, and that the EA doesn't seem to be aware of the Irken Armada in the first place, I'd imagine the word wouldn't mean a lot to Seathe.

A question since it came up on the chat: What level of authority does Genji have in the ship? Does the ship's security answer to him?

Sorta. He's part of command, and as such, many of the Security officers will listen to him. But the Chief Security Officer can overwrite his orders.

My plan is flawless.

Considering the same plan is regularly carried out by people who take orders from a corpse on a shiny chair, I'd say he's among the saner guys.

If anyone has an issue with their assigned task, or wanted to do something else, just let me know.

Dammit, one short... and it's the one most likely to have shown up in the first place, go figure.

So the people of Earth have successfully put aside their differences to create a unified government and send humanity to the stars, and the actual crew consists of this sorry bunch.

@wikkit: Sarah's using the identity of Beth Childs while on the Verne, so Ricco wouldn't know that's her name. I admit that might be partially my fault, since I'm referring to her as "Sarah" in my posts, but I figured it wouldn't make much sense for her to think of herself under someone else's name.

Shoot, I keep getting that mixed up. Figures I would get it wrong the one time I don't doublecheck.
