Checked both, and the speech bubbles are different in both, so they're not complete duplicates. However...
The one in the former doesn't fit, while the one in the latter only discusses the trope.
May need replacements for both pages, possibly.

They're both from the same strip
, apparently... though It's Not Supposed to Win Oscars is actually a Photoshop, going by the different bubble placement from panel 1 of the actual strip. Looks like they redid the bubbles of panel 3 with the dialog from panel 1 (as well as Tycho's mouth). Interesting, I guess, but if it's non-illustrative, moot point.
The current in It's Not Supposed to Win Oscars is better suited for Not Screened for Critics, which already has a better image. So, pull from the former.
