Checked both tropes. Not seeing any evidence of both being the same as the other.
- Contemptible Cover involves cover art.
- Romance Cover Scene details a pose done by characters in the work mirroring a romance cover.
Since there's not enough overlap to justify them being duplicates, declining.

The Romance Cover Scene page seems to me to be the same as Contemptable Cover, but more specific to the single genre of "airport romance."
Very few of the already bare-bones examples listed are actually examples, with most listing parodies from other mediums. Additionally, the equally-brief description is, while adequate, not universal and outright only describes the most stereotypical scene imaginable.
Even if proper examples could be collected on this page, so many books in question would seem to be from works that don't have pages. I recommend merging the page with Contemptable Cover, which already has a bloated example in the Literature section that describes the trope better than its own page.
