This is a thread to collect themes of The Cape and The Paragon, the Hero that is a Symbol of Peace, that brings the Sense of Wonder. The kind of person who, when you're in the direst of pinches, and they appear, with their proud bearing, and their flashing smile, you have faith, that all will be well. The kind of person that isn't content with being a Hero, but who embodies the concept of salvation.
What inspired me to seek out these songs was All Might from My Hero Academia, who embodies The Cape so straight and so hard it flirts with parody.
But that only reminded me of the Cape, who, before the current trend of sorrow and awkwardness, was a bright, optimistic light. That is to say, Superman!
