Will people(that is some number of persons, somewhere) be offended or find it sacrilegious? Almost certainly.
Will people(that is a significantly large number of persons) be offended or find it sacrilegious? Probably not.
Do you need to be worried about this? In this circumstance, I would not be. Compare, if you will, the baptism scene in The Godfather movie, which caused quite a stir. Did it cause problems for the movie or anyone involved in it? No, and I personally (who is Catholic, and therefore the "target group" to be offended by this scene) thought it was a brilliant cinematic display of a character's hypocrisy.
Anyway, I would be more concerned about copyright surrounding the music that other people made. Just because you got permission to record them ( you did get permission before your recorded them, right? ), that doesn't (legally speaking) necessarily translate to permission to use it in a work of your own.
Nihil assumpseris, sed omnia resolvere! He makes an excellent point about copyright, although in this case, I'd definitely say it's a "no harm, no foul" use. Is it legal? No. But is your church going to sue you for it, especially if they don't know about it? Million to one chance.
But in this case, since you're religious, OP, you represent the group you're most worried about. Would you personally be offended by the use of that song in whatever scene you're planning to use it for, if it were someone else doing it? Base your judgment on that.
There is no objective way to determine what constitutes blasphemy, no matter who says there is.

Project progress: The Adroan (102k words), The Pigeon Witch, (40k). Done but in need of reworking: Yume Hime, (50k)I always thought blasphemy was a direct insult to God. If that's not your intent; if He's as magnaminous as we've been taught, it shouldn't matter much.
Now everyone pat me on the back and tell me how clever I am!Oh, don't be ridiculous. And if you have the sound of those tiny bells, you can send it to me. ;)

I've been recording my own sound effects for various different projects, and I've recently recorded the sound of a mass. The choir itself sounds like it would be great for both heavenly choir based and one woman wail based sounds.
Sounds would more than likely be used in fanasy and horror settings, with very little religious imagery involved, amd the sampling process should transform the sounds into something different than what it was originally.
I'm a tad concerned over whether people might find this offensive or sacriligious. I myself am religious, but my stories are not.
