The current image is a picture of a turkey in the snow. While I'm usually fond of Visual Puns, this one presents a problem because it creates confusion with the related trope Going Cold Turkey. This trope is specifically about reminders of someone's addiction showing up everywhere when they go cold turkey, i.e. kick an addiction at once.
I think the pic should be moved to Going Cold Turkey instead if we can't find a straight example there. As for Cold Turkeys Are Everywhere, I was reminded of that psychedelic scene with giant cigarettes
