He could be more relevant in USUM if they turn out to be sequels rather than split third versions.
I got Ryuki once.
I got Ryuki some times. Especially when I wasn't leading with a Garchomp counter.
It has stopped being a problem after some time, of course.

... And that's called jazz!I've gotten Ryuki a few times. Nice pose at least but I'd prefer him to be in a region where he can actually have importance. He is the kind of character I'd prefer to be challenging you for your title, a random powerful trainer that makes an impact. I still prefer when the youngster challenges you for humor reasons.
From all the signs in-game that say something along the lines of no two Pokemon necessarily have the same stats even if everything else is the same or something similar since at least gen 2, I'd say IV's were definitely for simple variation originally.
I'm going to predict that Ryuiki will be the substitute Dragon Trial Captain for Ultra Sun & Moon.
If he isn't the former Dragon Captain. He probably isn't, but...

... And that's called jazz!I mean there are only 7 Trial Captains as a whole out of 18 types at a time. The Dragon trial is an outlier in that it exist but lacks a captain though given that there's a Fairy Trial Captain but no Fairy Trial...
Ultra still has to do something with those empty lots that are conveniently near most of the Trial Sites.
I sure said that! There were exactly 8 of them, if I recall correctly.
So I just found this out but one of the Pokemon Lusamine freezes is Pyukumuku and Pyukumuku's signature move is "Purify". What other mother does Lusamine have similarities too?
I did not know Purify was a move.
Yeah, Lusamine just has another reason to be compared with Raygo.
It's meant for doubles.
Goddammit, Schezo... || *insert incredibly thirsty copypasta about Dr. Ratio*Except Pyukumuku is a terrible choice for doubles battle.
That never stoppled Plusle and Minum
So some friends of mine noticed something regarding the Z-Rings that may pertain to USM
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite. The smoking gun that proves it's a sequel long before the official announcement of such a thing?
No? For all we know the player just gets the Z-Ring from another source this time, or he's involved in the plot earlier. That tells us nothing except potentially hinting that he might be a figure we meet sooner than we did in the original Sun and Moon.
I'm really interested in seeing what Necrozma is about.
Can it fuse with ultra beast? what is its connection to them?
Just how different is SM?
And what's up with turning the Z Crystal sideways? You know, the money shot of the trailer that literally no-one is talking about?
No one's talking about it because there's presently nothing to talk about.
The new Global Link VCG tournament is announced called the Weakness Cup. The list of eligible 'mons include Kommo-o (of course), Greninja (which will likely be the Wishiwashi of the last tourney...in that its ability creates a loophole), Hydreigon, All Grass and Rock-type and most Ice, Psychic, Bug and Flying duel types. Special Legendaries and Mythicals are still banned.

This tournament gives away Ampharosite and Latias? That's kinda strange.
Maybe I could enter it as I haven't entered an official tournament for a while now.
... No, we will never talk about that mega stone.
Well there are only 6 unreleased Mega Stones at the moment, 4 of which are gonna be the prizes. One is for a Mythical and the last one is Aggronite. It was rather inevitable to get the Eon Dragons' sooner or laternote

I never got the Ryuki guy. I have a feeling we'll see him in the future though, since we know so little about him. I feel he's kind of a sneak peek into a bigger role later on.
