Silvally needs a better movepool.
"Strategy? Spacing? I just keep punching until I hit something." - Sol BadguyIF it had Extremespeed, it'd be great.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Yeah, Extreme Speed would make it way better.
As is, it's not gonna be any better than UU, and not even good there.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseThat depends. I highly suspect that pokemon transferred from Red/Blue/Yellow will end up having their hidden abilities instead of their normal abilities as an extra incentive.
If so, then No Guard/Fissure Machamp may not end up being possible.
Recover also would have been nice for Silvally.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? That too.
After all, Arceus gets it.
Unfortunately, it's a pokemon with reasonable defenses and mediocre attacking stats and speed with few good support moves and plenty of decent offensive moves.
It's basically Nidoqueen.

what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseEviolite Type:Null is actually better than Silvally as a bulky attacker, IMO.
Welp, I'm royally Hoist by His Own Petard; I can't beat any post-trainers since they're at least 6-7 levels higher than me. I can't even get to the area where I could reasonably train, so basically 'm stuck grinding on Mount Lanikala with Pokemon 10 levels or so below me until I can level up....This is actually hell.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.A move which involves cell regeneration is quite fitting for the chimeric being whose tissues wete grown over a synthetic skeleton.
Seriously, Silvally would enjoy an expanded movepool. It gets plenty of things, but it misses crucial stuff. Priority and recovery to begin with, but then there is stuff like no EQ, or physical poison moves. It took Lickilicky's saving grace, as well.
And a 570 BST makes sense; the UB are at there, and so are the Tapus.
Yeah, Silvally isn't really enough of an improvement over Type: Null, tbh.
Oh right, it doesn't get Earthquake.
For some reason.

what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseI felt real good about myself when I hit the postgame. I used exp.share from the start and was properly leveled for the other trainers.
It is faster and can change types. The memories not working as type boosting items hurts tho.
Tbh, I'm actually kind of overleveled, because I spent about 15 hours catching and checking eevee on route 4 for their natures, and it took me about twenty eevees and about three hundred fainted pokemon until I finally found one without a negative nature for an Espeon.
I have really awful luck.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseAnd to think they fully expected that to take on the Ultra Beasts...
... And that's called jazz!I feel like you're mocking me...

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Oh not at all. Just nothing details.
With the right drive prepared it actually solos each of the Beasts.
Kartana can't kill a bulky Fire Silvally in one hit, Guzzlord obviously dies to Fairy Silvally, and even Celesteela loses one-on-one to Electric Silvally.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!x4 Just grind a bit to catch up. You need to get past Dexio first though, to get to the decent grinding spot (Poni Grotto)...

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Silvally is like Batman: If it knows what opponent it is going to fight and prepares accordingly, it wins.
I used an underleveled yet fully EV'd Silvally to take on the Eeveelution trainer sidequest. Overwhelmed each of them both on offense and defense, yet a given build would fare horribly against other individual Eeveelution.
What EVs did you give it?
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseYou can actually sneak past Sina and Dexio if you fly to Tapu Fini's ruins instead of Vast Poni Canyon.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Me? Boring 252/252/4, going physical and Adamant (because I have a Modest Arceus with the special equivalent, so I'd guess it would work neatly).
Makes sense.
What good physical attacks does it get besides Multi-Attack?
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else@Black Yakuzu 94: the game doesn't say outright Lusamine was infected beforehand, but the bonus description of Nihilego directly correlates to Lusamine's actions in the game, as well as Guzma's brief accounts of being someone else when he tried to catch one.

I think 100 across the board would have been better for Silvally, both for lore and battling.
