I am working on a Super Robot Wars campaign. I am looking for the best system to run it with (Mekton Zeta is a possibilty, but might be a little too complicated for my tastes, I am also thinking of using Mutants and Masterminds 3e), but I am here mostly to discuss the story elements. It will not be set in any particular timeline, but will include elements of multiple different timelines and the various stand-alone games.

In this version of SRW continuity Quattro Bajeena has not turned against Londo Bell. However, I am thinking of doing a sort of mixture between the Char's Counterattack and Gundam Unicorn stories, with Full Frontal taking on the role of Char in CC. However, the Earth Federation suspects the real Char so they try to take him into custody and Londo Bell is under suspicion. So most of their advanced mechs are confiscated, some of their personnel are reassigned, etc. and they are put under the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Peace-Keeping Force, aka the A-Laws from season two of Gundam 00, who also include Phantom Pain from Gundam Seed Destiny. Of course this is only the initial conflict, and the greater conflict involves dimensional and perhaps even time travel. The exact cause I am not sure of yet, however. One of my players has stated that his favorite series include G Gundam and Zoids. The G Gundam part of the story might involve the JDG-010 Devil Gundam Junior from the SD Gundam G Generation games. As for Zoids... I am not sure but they may come from another world or the future and thus come in that way.

So any comments, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated.
