Which echo cut?

I want to know if either Description Cut or Ironic Echo Cut contains a line where a character lies about his feelings to his peers and then cuts to a private place where he expressed his real feelings.

Take this example from House of Mouse.

Mickey: This is great!

"(transition to backstage)''

Mickey: This is a disaster!

That's Ironic Echo Cut, because it echoes the same line structure, but with the exclamation reversed.
