I don't know if this is actually a Duplicate Image problem, but the chosen image does make up one quarter of the page picture for its source anime, Aldnoah.Zero.

Duplicates are less of a problem when one of them is a work page and the other a trope page, but this is not the same image. It's similar to saying that two images with the same character is the same image, even if they're otherwise different.

I've gone ahead and swapped in the pic on the anime's page. Locking up.
The current image is quite grainy. I also think it loses a lot of points by not showing the queen/princess/noblewoman being attended to.
