"Uhh, no." Soy said. "No idea."

"Hmmmm. We can probably still figure it out. How long has it been now since your first few kills?"

"Uhhh... Three years?" Soy said.

"Long time. And how long has it been since your last few?"

"Two years and some months." Soy said.

"And those birds you all fought," this one she asks to everyone assembled. "They seemed healthy, yes?"

"Yes." Arkady said.

Berno repeatedly kicks the dead body of the crawfish.

"......Welp you're dead."

Berno begins to walk away from the dead corpse.

"He did say something about cats and parrots though. I mean, I don't know what to do with that information, but I'm sure that has something to do with lizard and his friends."

Berno just continues walking into the city, looking around for cats.

"Cats are shit. I might hate them almost as much as mice."

Several parrots are seen in the sky. They are presumably escaping the pet shop.

"In that case," says Silverpelt, "Even if they were carriers, enough time must have passed by then to get the infection out of their system."

"Are you sure?" counters Nightstar. "What if it's the kind of disease that sticks with you for life?"

Silverpelt shrugs. "Unfortunately, I have no way to know for sure...."

Nightstar stsrts pacing again. "I could test it for infection. Eat the first bird, and not let anyone else have any until we know it's safe."

"We don't know how long it takes for symptoms to appear. You could be starving your clan for a very long time."

Nightstar sighs and continues pacing silently.

Soy is just looking on at the cats and at his stilts. He tries them out.

"Thanks."

"You're welcome!" Silverpelt replies. "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

Soy tries to move one of his stilts. Seems fine.

"Some small things," Soy says, "like covering up my eyes and... Say, how do these stilts look like on me? My eyes got popped and now I can't see."

"As for your eyes, you could just don a leaf over them like that fellow over there," she gestures at Arkady with a paw.

"Oh yes!" Arkady says, "There are some leaves here. Here you go." Arkady gives two leaves to Soy.

"Thank you!" Soy says as he puts the leaves over with his wings.

do the stilts look like Metal Gear Rex legs?◊

"I have an idea. What if we do an autopsy on one of them and see if anything is out of sorts?"

"What the hell is that?" Fava asks.

"Sure." Arkady says.

"It means to cut someone open and check everything out."

Jericho seems pleased with his suggestion.

"Clever."

An observant animal would see an American kestrel hiding just outside of where everybody else is.

Soy tries to walk a bit.

"Oh... I like this!"

"The spider think it'd wor-... wait." Leonardo looks out. "You guys see that?"

ACDC would notice Leonardo's glance in his direction. "Crap, it didn't see me, did it?"
