I'm not so sure about Rambo or Travis. Looking at just the images, there's nothing aside from the field jacket that denotes being a veteran. Firth Blood and Taxi Driver explicitly state they served, but those images don't.
It's too bad about the rule on duplicate images, since the current is perfect for both tropes.
