It's now a button along the top of the wiki pages, in the same row as the Edit Page button.

I've been trying to find the Image Uploader so that I can add an image to a work page, but I can find no link to the Uploader. Did somebody decide to do away with it during the updates?
By now, it should be clear to all except the most dense of us that sheep are secretly conspiring to kill us all and steal our pants.
