I've noticed Transgender redirects to the Useful Notes page for Transgender and not the actual trope, which is listed as transsexual. You could always add a redirect on the latter however I believe a renaming is in order. I am surprised this hasn't been done already.
The term "transsexual" has more-or-less been replaced by the word "transgender" in recent years, plus the trope does not refer exclusively to binary trans people.
