It's Jonathan Adams. You may know him as Kang the Conqueror from Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Atrocitus in Green Lantern: The Animated Series, and Martian Manhunter in Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Guessing its because he seems to be the Audience Surrogate of this show given his love of super heroes and being a dweebish everyman.
And with regards to calling for cab, thats got to be the second weirdest thing he ever done. The first would have to be chilling on a counch in Countdown.

Roxy, you should finish one fare before you pick up another.
One Strip! One Strip!"The Fatal Fare" as I expected, is guilty of treating Mother Boxes as nothing more than Boom Tube generators. They could at least have changed the name, which was a reference to their being sentient and loving their users like their own children.
That aside, this was a heck of a fun episode. Loved how Space Cabbie is so clueless that he knows nothing about Apokolips but can still trick Kanto into being captured by Swamp Thing. Also nice use of Roxy Rocket.
Would love to see more really obscure DC characters such as Ultra The Multi-Alien.
So, another short. Plastic Man and Booster screwing around and the Lasso being so abusable.
Wake me up at your own risk.Link pls.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I'm baffled by the JLA shorts, is WB running out of budget? Oh well at least they're good.
"Chemistry" had Firestorm trying to impress Stargirl in the middle of a fight with HIVE soldiers (drones? ) Fun but nothing to write home about (except they are still using the Green Arrow-As-Cupid outro from the Athena episode.)

Wake me up at your own risk.Ok, that was dumb. (Fun as heck, but dumb.) Deadshot, who has no powers and uses bullets, is the last person I would hire to kill Wonder Woman.

Going Roadrunner on someone must be fun.
Wake me up at your own risk.I think making the Road Runner's Physic's defying feats actually make sense is pretty damned impressive.

Another short, and the dangers of bowling and super strength.
Wake me up at your own risk. That ending bit should have been expanded and taken up the entire short.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I find it hard to believe Supes has so little control of his strength that he'd cause such a problem.
That being said, it still got a chuckle out of me.

One Strip! One Strip!Sigh. JLA keeps getting shorter- and sillier. Seriously? Superman cannot avoid throwing a bowling ball THAT hard? How does he even move around without knocking down everything? (and yes, I know it was for the sake of a joke. Still annoys the logical side of my mind.) Also getting sick of Batman being antisocial. At least admit you got your @$$ saved man.
Saving graces: the action and character designs are still good.

These aren't full episodes though, they're just companion shorts for the DC Kids Youtube page. As a result, the writing staff probably felt that more comedic, bite size adventures would be a better use of the even shorter timeframe.
x2: A really giddy Supes in this shorts tends to screw up more so than usual.

He better not hug anyone too tight then...

Is there such a thing as a selfie intervention? Because Cabbie kinda needs it.
And Booster Gold photobombing.
Wake me up at your own risk.Man, everyone shamelessly rips off the holodeck these days. At least Trek used it for more than combat.
indeed, I admit I did it too but it was more like that warp pad from steven universe.
MIAIs it me or does show make Batman a part of more jokes than he should be? Isn't he supposed to one of the smarter and more focused members of the league?
If Darkseid can be in jokes, what makes Batman so special?
Batman's just playing his part as The Comically Serious. I don't have issue with it because the jokes usually end up being hilarious.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?
"The Fatal Fare"
Is that James Earl Jones as Darkseid?!?
lol Darkseid calling Space Cabby for a ride.
