Specifically the real life section. It's a mess. Questionable information aside, there is a lot of natter and poorly written examples.
The trope itself is "gun misfires or malfunctions, usually for dramatic purposes", so it's not People Sit on Chairs.
I suggest we simply cut the real life section and perhaps make it No Real Life Examples Please. A few other examples could probably do with a rewrite.
