Real Life tropes are being purged from Useful Notes pages. Only tropes relating to fictional depictions of these pages' topics will be kept.
As this was posted in the wrong forum, I'm locking this.

For example, the "Useful Notes" page for the Wars of the Roses. What's going on? I don't see the problem with having trope examples for historical events or people who have been dead for hundreds of years. I don't think it hurt the quality of the wiki, I think it improved it.
If anything's hurting the quality of the wiki, it's the insufferable vigilantism, and constantly deleting stuff just because of a tiny handful of silly complaints.
