Well, someone leaked that info to the press. I'm surprised Bruce doesn't consider Falcone a suspect.
Well, Falcone doesn't really have any motive to lie there unless he knows Batman is Bruce and he doesn't.
The trailer for Episode Two is here:

Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).So is that Penguin or Anarky doing the Children of Arkham speech?
edited 15th Sep '16 2:20:43 PM by Weirdguy149
It's been 3000 years…Looked like Penguin wearing a bird-themed mask. Could also possibly be a Court of Owls guy, I suppose.
Holy shit, I didn't expect this. They were pretty much sacrosanct.
In related news, Batman Ep. 2 is out now on PC as well.
EDIT: In other news, Harvey confirmed for best bros. He's got a face that says goon but the heart of a hero. I still think they dropped the anvil pretty excessively on Hill tho.
I just don't see the attraction to Selina. She's got booty and they're full throttle on pushing the chemicals between Batman and her, but it seems like the girl couldn't go three sentences without either bemusing or pissing me off. I don't owe ya anything, Catwoman. Don't even actually cares that much whether you lives or die.
Not sure if Vikki is likeable or not.

Vicki's fine. She seems pretty genuine in helping Bruce out and it kinda hurts seeing gameplay where Bruce is a cold jerk to her.
Now that Episode 2 has come out: Did you all save Selina or Harvey?.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).Is it spoiler worthy, being on its own thread?
Harvey, all the way. Not even a particularly hard choice to me, though I'm not surprised the majority disagrees. The whole distance thing is irritating but understandable. The what-you-are-in-the-dark drugged speech was a very pleasant surprise, even if it is seeded with Knight Templar extremist origin story vibes. I still can't really get over how Selina acts very in-your-face, and I don't see how Batman owes her anything. The character apparently disagrees, with secret smile and teenagerriffic awkward glances, but that only exacerbates the issue for me.
I'd like to know your thoughts on Selina Kyles, as I seem to be in the minority.
I'd play it safe for a couple of days for those that haven't played yet.
I don't mind Selina, felt a little bad about dragging her into the whole mess, and think her and Bruce have decent chemistry. But I definitely had greater loyalty to Harvey and the greater good stuff.
Plus, the trailer for Episode 3 has her flirting with Bruce again, so she's not too mad about not being saved.
Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).I'm still unsure what to think about the Adaptational Villainy of the Waynes
Stand Fast, Stand Strong, Stand TogetherIt's certainly a new approach. I was wondering if they'd go all the way with it, but it looks like they are (though I suppose it's still possible that they'll pull a fast one).
I'm not extremely attached to the Waynes, considering that usually don't really matter beyond the origin story, so I'm interested to see where this goes.
Oh God! Natural light!I love how you can pull a Not His Sled moment and save Harvey Dent.
Although I'm not as big a fan of the Son of Arkham. I mean we all know he's The Joker. Its pretty obvious. I was really thinking The Joker wouldn't be in this one but apparently I was giving Tellale too much credit
"I won't let fear compromise who I am."Really? He reminds me of Scarecrow more than anything. Chemical usage and such.
Doesn't necessarily have to be Joker and I really hope it isn't.
But in any case, I do like the Waynes being corrupt. I think it's better than them just being sweet upstanding billionaires and their son is also good and upstanding and then also becomes a selfless hero. Them being corrupt makes his decision to become Batman stronger, I think.
I really hope he is Scarecrow (or at least Dr.Crane) Scarecrow is my favorite Batman villain.
But the whole Arkham connection, emphasis on chaos and the fact that this game promises a lot of the same stuff that Batman Arkham Origins promised makes me think its another Joker hijack.
I hope I'm proven wrong.
I agree with Hoggoblin about The Waynes.Them being corrupt makes Bruce's choice to become Batman more strong. Although am I the only one getting some strong Arrow vibes from that?

"I won't let fear compromise who I am."Both Scarecrow and the Joker have used chemicals in the past - the Scarecrow's fear gas, of course, and the Joker's Joker Venom (and more recently, Titan).
Neither of these, however, are much like the toxin seen here. I would say that the M.O. behind it - showing your "true self" - is pretty close to Joker's, but I don't think it's really outside of Scarecrow's either.
Oh God! Natural light!I honestly think it might not even be a pre-established villain, but a civilian. Maybe Vicki Vale or Dent with a REALLY bad case of split-personality.
In any case, I didn't expect Blockbuster to show up in this. I hope we get a couple more of obscure villain appearances.

Latest blog update (November 5th, 2022).I saved Harvey, because I thought Selina could handle herself. It turned out mostly well.
I'm beginning to think I should go back and save Harvey.
Oh God! Natural light!Nah. Stick with it!
I never thought the Wayne parents would have Adaptational Villainy, that's very interesting.
It's been 3000 years…Yeah, I was thinking it was going to all be just a lie, part of a plot to get Bruce out of the way. But that doesn't seem likely anymore.
The adventures of Sterling Archer dressed like Batman had me saving Harvey, but part of me wonders if he will just scar his own face down the line and render this moot.

Probably.
Pervese Sexual Lust?
EDIT: Well, that's one way to top a page.
