Is there a better second frame? It's not crucial, but I didn't "get" the serving tyrants thing, just them being present at different points in history. (Crown notwithstanding, lying down impaled doesn't scream "leader" I guess.)

OP demonstrates how the minions have been around at certain events in history (= Historical In-Joke), but I don't really see them shaping the outcome of those events.
