1 is perhaps too risque (and also has a watermark in the top-left corner). Of the others, I think 1.3 is at least the clearest on the mentoring aspect.

It seems way to tame I think. Needs something outright sexy and not perpetuate the 'any mentor that is a girl and isn't a fat or old' that seems to be migrating to the page.
Don't we have a shot of a handsome ski/surf instructor and a female follower?

That could work but I was thinking more of something that has actual awareness of the trope.
Even if it's just the student blushing, eyes wandering or discussing trope.

1.1's my personal favorite. It's the only one from the bunch where her sexiness seems to actually be affecting the protege, rather than "she's sexy. Right?"
1.3 is actually easily my least favorite. With the Saint Seiya art style I can't even really tell that she's sexy, if I'm being perfectly honest. And if she were, it doesn't seem "mentor" so much as Hot for Teacher.
1.1 is clearly sexual as she's distracting the guy, and mentoring as he's doing classic training exercises.
