Dag, I really feel like I've seen him elsewhere, but I don't know where.
Also, even when I was little I wasn't sure what the point of the story in that particular Circle Time was supposed to be. Don't cry too much or you'll turn yourself into a giant crying mouth? Why did Jack even decide to start crying so much?

Yeah, it's so weird! Most of these stories were typical Aesops, so I would think this was meant to be one.

I can't find ANY info on who the guy playing Steve is. Which is sad is cause he was literally Disney's version of a certain beloved host of a certain Nick Jr. Series.
