Library - self-esteem boost

"nah, i'm not hurt. if i got hurt i probably would've died. i'm not very tough." Sans shrugged.

It looked like most of Zelda's stuff had been destroyed along with the library, even the harp she had been carrying around since they met. That probably must've sucked but she did have a point that the librarian could probably bring everything back anyways.

"did your phone make it? there's something i thought i could do with it in order to make things a little more convenient for you."

Cole didn't have much more to add, watching with a concerned expression as Jack took off with Kelsey, then turning his attention to Rick as the old man came in, muttering and making strangely calm angry noise as he usually seemed to be, including saying things to Morty that made Cole scowl somewhat. As he ran of to do...whatever it was he was doing, Cole glanced to Morty.

"My friend The Iron Bull would have a lot of things to say to your grandfather. Most of them would be the things that Dorian scolds him for saying in front of me. I am sure he loves you, but I also do not think he knows what that means. If you don't want to go with him, you don't have to. I will stop him if he tries to force you to do anything you do not want to do."

That being said, Cole wandered after Nails, grimacing at the sight of the man's back, just standing next to the table and wringing his hands a little, clearly unsure what to do but keep an eye on the man. "You do not have a hospital...that is what Lieutenant Wells had me asking people about yesterday...but surely you at least have some sort of supplies with the rest of your militia? I know Lieutenant Wells asked Miss Tairee for some things before."

It seemed that aside from a few bruises, everyone was fine. Lucas was relieved that no one was hurt badly. After listening to everyone else speak, Lucas had made a discovery. Lewis was apparently a ghost and not a skeleton. It made a fair bit of sense to Lucas, who thought of ghosts as having a generally friendly temperament as opposed to the hostile skeletons and zombies.

Seiga asked if Lewis had seen who Lucas assumed to be Yoshika. Lucas decided to insert himself into the conversation and softly said "I s-saw her on the side that the m-monster hit. I d-don't know where she is n-now." Lucas then asked "What is a H-Hermit? Is it l-like a Magypsy?".

The tunnels

Ghostfreak fought to maintain control of Rex's body, but Rex managed to force him out. "What is this sorcery? How dare you defy me!" Ghostfreak snarled, glaring at Rex, but knowing he couldn't possess Ben or Rex at this moment. "Very well... you win this round, but I will be back when you least expect it.... you can count on that." With that, Ghostfreak turned intangible and phased through the walls of the tunnel to disappear.

Ben looked weakly over at Rex, his eyes blurry and out of focus but he very weakly nodded up at Rex. "Did.... did we.... win?" Ben asked quietly, struggling to stay awake and wincing from the pain racking through his body.

Library

Miss Tairee looked over and raised an eyebrow when Jack came in; she did look marginally surprised when she saw Kelsey, but not all that concerned. "Oh dear, her again? Just what has she gotten herself into now?" Miss Tairee asked in that tone of one not expecting a direct answer; she pointed her arm towards Kelsey and started firing the green beam from the device into Kelsey's body. There was a brief pause, then suddenly Kelsey started to gasp an intake of air; this seemed to abruptly pause halfway through, and then she lurched forward and upward as she let out a loud, violent cough, splattering the side of Jack's face with blood. A deformed bullet also hit his cheek and bounced off.

Kelsey then shoved Jack and Ara away from herself with her returning strength, so that she could roll over onto all fours facing the floor and continue a series of smaller coughs that splattered more blood onto the carpet. "She'll be fine" Miss Tairee said to reassure Jack and Ara, as it was quite obvious that it did not appear that way; she didn't stop having that green beam hitting Kelsey in the meantime. "Her body is going to be confused for a bit since it thought it was dying and now isn't... I expect she'll feel a bit famished once she's done" the librarian continued, turning her attention back to her computer and the typing she was doing with her other hand.

"Almost aaand... There" Miss Tairee muttered; the entire library blurred for a moment, which for those inside would thus seem like their entire vision had been overtaken by the blurring. When it settled just a second later, the library was fixed, entirely. All the furniture was back where it was supposed to be, there was no giant hole in the wall or missing chunks of the floor, no scattered books or strewn pages. Save for Miss Tairee still being soaking wet with her shirt turned transparent, and missing items such as Plague Knight's, Seiga's, and Zelda's, it was as if the leviathan's attack hadn't happened.

Then Kelsey coughed up some more blood onto the carpet, immediately ruining its otherwise pristine condition. Letting this go for now, Miss Tairee glanced back and forth between Jack and Ara. "Now is there anything else you need? Anyone else injured? Yourselves?" Miss Tairee questioned them simply, still healing Kelsey. The librarian then briefly glanced past them out the windows, and frowned slightly. "Oh great, of course my boss takes an excuse to set a dramatic stage" the librarian commented idly. Those who looked would see that the dust and clouds had gathered into a large storm front, with brief flashes of lightning and low rumbling already coming from it in the distance; on top of the sky still steadily darkening to nighttime, that whole region around where the leviathan went was starting to turn pitch black.

Rachel had just walked back inside, briefly taken aback that now everything was fixed again. Her walkie talkie sounded off with Wells' voice after Curly's inquiry came through. "Not currently; we don't even know what just happened with that loud noise."

"I can fill in partially sir" Rachel spoke up after grabbing the walkie talkie. "What I know for sure is the thing's claw exploded and it was sent flying towards the horizon. The librarian said she punched it" she reported.

A blinking and pretty soaked Thomas wandered into the library around the same time, glancing around and looking confused. He turned and looked back outside at Grimlock, gave the large robot a quick bow of the head, and said, "thank you very much."

Cinema

"Huh? Oh hey there" One of the young men said, turning around and glancing down at Yoshika. "Our shirts? Well this is just the shirt I came here in. You mean these?" he asked in return, pointing to the green thumbs up symbol on his shirt's right sleeve.

"We got them added over there" the young man explained, and pointed to the set up stand where some other people were still having a different conversation. "But what about you huh? That's a cute costume; isn't that like one of those Chinese vampires that hop around and look silly?" he questioned Yoshika in a kind tone, crouching down to be more on her level. His three buddies behind him, catching on well before he did, all had their expressions go a bit flat and eyes a tad wide; then one by one they started slowly edging away from him and Yoshika.

Boardwalk restaurant

There was still tons of people around so Gon just deciding to ignore them and loot the place as if they weren't there was certainly an odd choice, but he was ultimately ignored. Though there wasn't much for him to find besides stocks of foodstuff in the back and various kitchen supplies.

Meanwhile, Nails was still cringing and flinching as someone started gently taking pieces of glass out of his back. "Well, probably? Look, I- gh! I know you're just trying- gh! to help, but this really hurts an- gh! I don't want to move around until- gh! there isn't pieces of glass stabbing me in the back" Nails said to Cole.

"I know. I've felt injuries like that before. Both from myself and other people." Cole still didn't offer much more commentary than that, moving to pull out a chair next to the table and settling himself into it, pulling up one leg to hug his knee to his chest, rocking himself a little. "If you didn't have on an amulet, I would be able to feel your's as well. ...I think you still have mine. Or you dropped it. I wasn't looking. Miss Tairee can give me another one though, she said she could."

He watched silently for a moment as someone helped with Nails's back, before reaching down to take his walkie-talkie from his belt, looking at it curiously. "How do I make this talk to people? I want to tell Lieutenant Wells you are hurt so your friends can come help you. I know you move these dials but every time I try it just screams raspy sounds at me. Like the noise in your head when you leave one world and enter another."

Without even a breath between that thought and the next, he continued. "What happened to Mr. Frederick?"

Ocean - One mean left hook

"The librarian punched that thing's claw off?" she was dumbfounded, they had barely scratched it so far and Miss Tairee did that?! Curly turned toward the library, and suddenly it was in one piece again like nothing happened despite the storm on the horizon. "Right... Well. At least that's one way to hurt the thing... there was a pause "Well, I know you're busy, but has anyone had a look at those turret things?

Eve|Library

She had been thrown off. She went flying, attempting to right herself through creative use of wings, but failed, plunging into the water. While there she grew her customary tail, then swum towards the nearest dry land, a small floating wooden hut. When she got there she stopped and rested for a moment, before swimming towards the library.

When she got there, she saw someone carrying a wounded woman, but couldn't actually get up to help, since wings and tail and everything else had tired her out. She looked around and wondered...where was Ben? She had seen Rex's extremely messy death, but she hadn't seen anything of Ben since the last time she visited the library. Since she couldn't move, however, it wasn't like she could do anything.

Underwater Tunnels — A breather

Ghostfreak was surprised at Rex's ability to keep his own body's control and when he was forced out of his body promised to attack them both when they least expect it.

He then left through one of the tunnels. Rex was a still tired but couldn't waste an opportunioty to quip.

"Yeah, and tell your friends Rex sent you!"

Back on the floor, Ben struggled to keep himself conscious and asked if they had won. Rex was exhausted about the whole ordeal and decided to sit on the floor for now.

"I'll be honest with you, Ben. We almost didn't make it"

And then he suddenly remembered the Leviathan.

"Weird question, do you still have your phone?"

Yoshika, The Convention, Day At The Carnival
"Well, actually, I'm Japanese," she said, hand on her chin as he internally reviewed his statement for accuracy. Eventually she found that there was one specific phrase used in his sentence that needed correction, and as such she provided it.

"...And I'm not silly, okay? Don't say that to a jiangshi's face." She gave him deeply cold stare, silently staring at him for a few seconds as she leaned dangerously close, even if it was what she internally imagined as "pouting". It went away quickly when she continued her correction, smiling again and saying, "I only hop when Seiga tells me to, anyway, It's faster than walking. Anyway, thanks for the directions, I really needed them!" She gave him a thumbs up, and promptly walked away, hoping not to bother them any further.

Now that her goal of "Get directions to the shirt place" was complete, which was obviously what she came to this convention for in the first place, she enacted the next phase in her plan: get something like that on her shirt. She imagined that if it was in a place that Seiga wouldn't see if she was directly facing her, her master wouldn't mind at all, and might find her fashion choice good.

Coming up to the stand and slamming her hands on the table, rattling everything on it, she said to both no one in particular and everyone in that group, "Can I get one of those things on the back of my shirt? A big one, because the color looks nice, and I like the thumbs up. I mean, I think it's a thumbs up, right?" Suddenly, the sage image of Seiga appeared in her head, and she whispered into her ear,

Yoshika, nobody besides me will ever give you something for nothing. They expect payment, like I expect your love.

Ah, shoot! The jiangshi looked down, trying to avoid the collected gazes of the group, and she quietly, "Uh...do I need to pay, or fill a petition, or something? I can do the second one if you need me to."

Seiga, The Library, Closes Book and Says "Oh! Didn't See Ya There"
As much as she wanted to think wishfully, Seiga was pretty sure that if she wasn't loudly complaining about the enemy running away right now, she had probably died. That, or she had gotten out to fight the beast and got stranded at sea, which in this City was worse and more unlikely. At least, going by the way the library was destroyed, she probably died before she could realize she was losing. A pity.

She looked away from Lucas for a second, mumbling a quiet "I see..."

Then, onto his question. As far as she knew, gypsies were some odd race out in Europe. Something Viola might know more about than she did. "I'm not entirely sure what you're comparing me to, but the main difference between me and any other spellcaster is that I am immortal. There are many technical differences, but I don't want to bore you with details."

The Library — "Oh no, she's hot!"

Ben had left his phone in the library. That was bad news because the Leviathan was probably still there, but if everything had gone according to plan, Tairee should have dealt with that. Speaking of, that was the best place to take Ben right now, there weren't exactly any hospitals in the city. Not yet, anyway.

"Relax, man. I can take us to the library so Tairee can patch you up. Just stay with me"

Rex formed his wings and flew through the tunnels carrying Ben. Thery weren't that deep into the water, fortunately, and Rex managed to find a similar-looking elevator to the one Garrett had used earlier that day. Now that they were in the surface, they only had to fly in a straight line until they came across the library.

"It's getting late. I really hope my idea worked"

After a few minutes, Rex landed on the docks of the building. He entered with Ben still on his arms and looked at the group of people inside. He had missed some stuff, like the fact that Kelsey was fighting for her life, and People like Frosty and Curly were there. That train of thought stopped when Rex spotted Tairee. Ah, great she could cure Ben no problem. And she was soaking wet. So much so that her white shirt was transparent now... Goddamnit.

"Oh for the love of..." Rex carefully placed Ben on the floor and took of his jacket, offering it to Tairee "Here, take it. And could you please fix Ben?"

Library - Time for Replacements

Zelda looked a little concerned when Sans mentioned he was rather frail, but she chose not to comment on it. Instead, she spent a couple of moments looking around for her phone, or indeed for anything that might have survived the library's destruction. Try as she might, however, it seemed truly everything was lost.

"...It doesn't look like it," she said, frowning, "I've pretty much lost everything. I guess I'll have to get a new phone before you can do anything."

Then the library spontaneously fixed itself, startling her a little bit. As soon as it was over she took another look around in the hope that brought everything she lost back, but unfortunately for her it proved to be in vain. She did, however, notice the growing storm outside, on top of how late it was getting. When she turned back to Sans, she looked noticeably worried.

"Since it looks like we have a little bit of a reprieve, I might as well ask Miss Tairee now."

Assuming Sans had nothing more to say to her, she'd then start working her way downstairs.

It's a small city after all, restaurant boardwalk

"Do I? I thought I let you have it back. Well if you can find it, feel free to take it" Nails muttered, still not wanting to move. He was still cringing now and then, but the worst seemed to be over and he could now talk without interruption. He was about to answer Cole about using the walkie talkie, but then the spirit brought up Frederick. "... He's not in here? Well shit. Maybe he just ended up somewhere else in the mayhem..? Ah who am I kidding, of course he fucking booked it" the militia man grumbled.

After a brief pause, he remembered something. "Wait a minute, if you don't have an amulet right now, can't you just sense where he is?" Nails asked. And if Cole tried, he would find he indeed could sense where Frederick was; and that was in the building next door, having gotten separated in the mayhem. Speaking of people who formerly followed Old Feather Beak's orders, Cole could also sense another Ruckus member just arriving at the boardwalk from another tunnel entrance. This one, was not formerly as Frederick was however; this was one of the men who had been inside that submarine at the balcony earlier, now disarmed and playing the part of just another random civvie in the crowd while searching for his scattered comrades.

Library

"I'm at one of them now" another militia member's voice answered over the radio. "It's certainly got the controls of one. I can aim it around and it's got triggers. I don't know what it shoots though; I didn't want to risk hitting another tunnel and getting anyone hurt just to test fire this thing" he continued.

Meanwhile at Miss Tairee's desks, when Rex came in she gave him a confused look. "What are you talking ab..." Miss Tairee trailed off when she glanced down and noticed her shirt was transparent, leaving her plain bra, plainly visible. She then gave a sort of scoff. "Oh for goodness- Well excuse me for not taking the time to dry myself off to avoid triggering your teenage hormones! I've been a bit busy with more important matters!" the librarian chided Rex, motioning to Kelsey whom she was still healing; Kelsey at this point had finally stopped coughing up blood, but remained crouched down with her head to the floor, and the spatter of blood she'd left on the floor (and on Jack's face) was still plainly visible.

"Most boys your age would've been happy about this" Miss Tairee added, pointing her arm at Ben and firing the healing beam onto him now that Kelsey was no longer dying. With her other hand, she grabbed Rex's offered coat and used it to shield his eyes from the sight of her chest; not by blocking her chest, but rather by throwing it over his head.

Cinema

The young man still didn't catch on when Yoshika corrected him about being Japanese, but his expression did pale when she leaned in with her cold, undead stare and it finally dawned on him. He was thus clearly relieved when she then leaned back and smiled instead of tearing into his blood or soul or chi or whatever it was she ate exactly. Then once she walked away, he stood up and turned around to see his companions at a safe distance.

"Holy shit, she didn't kill you!" one of them commented.

"Wha- you guys knew? Well geez, thanks for the backup" the young man said sarcastically. "You could have at least warned me!" he added.

"Like I'm gonna let your genre blindness get you and me both killed" one of the others retorted.

Over at the stand, the guy sitting on a chair just behind it looked over and smiled gently when Yoshika asked about having one. "Nah little lady, there's no charge. But it's not just about looking cool, it's our group symbol! So, you want to be part of our group? The only rules are don't be a jerk and don't hurt people- we're just about having fun and taking things easy like while we share stuff we enjoy" the man behind the stand said to Yoshika.

"Dude! You're talking to a Japanese vampire!" One of the men in the group Yoshika just left called across the room.

This made the man's eyes go a little wide and a frown ever so slightly, then raised an eyebrow and pursed his lips in thought, then raised his eyebrows and gave a shrug.

Not long after his plea for help from Tairee, a familiar voice called out to him; Calling him Mister Jack. A little thrown by being called mister for the first time in, well, ever, it still didn't stop the heating from rising to his face as he turned and watched Ara leap from a higher floor, land and run towards him. His mind stalled from the combination of watching the act, and the sudden rush of memories of the previous night's dream that rose to the front of his mind. He was just thankful she was wearing proper clothes now.

A small part whispered that that was a lie, and he told that part to shut up.

"Uh, h-hey Ara." He flinched internally at that little stutter, he must sound like an idiot. He shook it off, and focused on the young woman's question. "Thanks. And I'm not sure, I found her like this. It looked like a fight with some of the robots in the tunnels. It- It wasn't good."

Jack looked up at Miss Tairee when she spoke, curiosity tinging his expression. "Wait, you know her? And she's done stuff like this before? Who is sh-" A sudden intake of breath from the woman in his grip made him look down, just in time to have his face covered in blood. He flinched, almost dropping the woman, and blinked dumbly as his mind short-circuited. He'd just had... blood coughed onto his face. The scent filled his nose. "E-ew..."

Still shocked, the spirit was surprised when the woman suddenly lurched and shoved him and Ara away so that she could cough up even more blood onto the carpet. The sight almost sent Jack into a panic, thinking whatever Tairee was doing was only making things worse, and he had his staff halfway towards the woman when she assured him she would be fine. Jack had to fight down a hysterical laugh. "That doesn't look like fine to me."

Still, the militia guy's words about Tairee needing to help when asked stopped Jack from actually doing anything, and instead he lowered Twinetender and stared worriedly at Kelsey. Once again, Tairee drew his attention. "No, I'm," He turned to look at the woman properly for the first time since he'd entered the library, and almost choked on his tongue," I'm fine."

The spirit quickly looked away, but it was too late. The image of her shirt clinging to her skin, and her bra quite clearly visible through it, was burned into his mind. He coughed and crouched down near Kelsey. "Hey, uh, miss, how are you feeling?"

Library - skipping down

Looks like the cellphone was gone and thinking about it whatever cellphones were left in that one bag he left downstairs were probably wrecked too... As well as the food. Great, the time spent in the supermarket yesterday was nothing but a massive waste of time thanks to all that.

The library soon got all fixed again, Miss Tairee must've started working on the renovations. Either way, Zelda began heading downstairs and so Sans followed her, taking out his phone, which was still intact, from his pocket.

Except instead of walking, he just teleported both of them straight to the lobby right in front of the stairs, all the while he was currently looking at his phone's screen while walking.

"i hope caro is all right, if what came here was strong enough to destroy half of the building then i doubt she can take even a single hit from it..." he said, an expression of slight concern on his face as he began debating whether to try calling Caro or not, her number displaying on his screen under the name "cool sis".

Miss Tairee was able to damage it?... The librarian didn't look like she was capable of such a feat... but then again, Sophie herself didn't look like she could fight well, either.

The talk of the turrets below water caught her attention, and she turned to Curly. "Can they move or surface in any way?" she asked, a little louder than her usual speaking voice in an effort to be heard by the man at the turret on the other end. Behind the blonde, the sight of swirling clouds and crackling lightning in the dimming sky caused the lilac-haired girl to show a look of apprehension - the first time she did so in this strange City.

Yoshika, The Convention, I'll Shout In Seiga's Place
"I'm not a vampire, though!" she turned back and yelled at the man from earlier, looking a little annoyed. "I'm Japanese, but not a vampire, understand that before I have to come over there and set it straight!" Yoshika naturally meant that she was going to explain what a jiangshi was if he kept getting it wrong. If Seiga were here, she probably would've put it in more elegant terms, but alas...

She sighed, for the apparent stupidity in action around here, and leaned on the table, taking off her hat and scratching her head. Well...she was pretty good at not being a jerk, so she'd excel there, but Seiga needed her to kill people a lot. Being part of a group of people to talk with was good, and surely they'd want to talk about cool things, but that one issue might be a problem.

Well, there wasn't any way to know without asking. "Uhhh...what if I have to hurt someone? There's been people that have tried to hurt me and my friend a lot, like that one girl with the pink hair..." She gritted her teeth to try and remember, hoping to warn them about the danger that villain posed. "Yeah, Saki. If you meet a girl like that, she's not good. She almost killed my friend Seiga!" She raised her arms in the air and shouted, hoping to inspire the same terror that she didn't feel when she met her.

...Wait, this wasn't what he was asking...

...Oh, right. "What am I supposed to do if it's necessary like that? Can I still be in the group if that happens?"

Kelsey let out a groan and pushed herself up slightly onto her elbows. "I should be out there, fighting and dying in combat. Not in here puking blood for no good reason" Kelsey said in a low, irritated voice, to indirectly answer Jack's question. Hoisting herself up a little further, Kelsey turned her head to look at Jack, not bothering to wipe away the blood smeared down her chin. "I tried to tell you not to help me. This was a waste of your time and mine" she told Jack through grit teeth, almost growling; though, her eyes were also welling up in near tears.

"Oh come now, it's not like he had bad intentions, and he clearly went through a lot of trouble to keep you from dying. Doesn't he deserve some thanks?" Miss Tairee pointed out in her reasonable, neutral tone.

Kelsey looked away from Jack and moved to stand up, pausing a moment as she seemed a bit light headed from it. "Thanks? I guess, but I don't know why you good guy people keep helping me. I shouldn't be helped, I should be punished" Kelsey muttered, glancing out at the docks and ocean outside. "Now if I can just get a damn boat and a weapon, I can get back to it" she added, and started walking, slowly as to avoid stumbling, towards one of the doors.

The group of young men across the room quickly took the hint to shut up and move elsewhere after Yoshika yelled back at them. The man on the other side of the little stand listened to her explanation and question, and gave a half apologetic shrug. "Well, I'm just telling what our philosophy is, girl. We're not fighters, and we're not here to do that. This place is certainly scary and dangerous, yeah, but it's also awe inspiring; this is a kind of opportunity most of us could never even dream of, meeting people from other universes? Finding out that characters we know from our favorite stories are actually real in another universe, and even getting to see some of them in action? It's just... Such a waste to be worried about it and fighting when we could be relaxing and enjoying it" the man explained to Yoshika.

"And hey, I'm not saying fighting is totally unnecessary, but there's also clearly other people better suited to be doing it. We say let the militia and hero group worry about it; we'll just chill on the sidelines. So if you're sure about joining us and that lady threatens you and your friend again, call on one of them to come help you; I'm sure they'll be happy to help a Japanese little girl... Whatever you are" the man continued with a gentle smile, then looked his eyes up as he thought. "But if you're gonna fight, weeelllll, that's gonna be clashing pretty hard with our vibes, if you get what I'm saying. It just wouldn't really fit in with us is all, but that's up to you, girl" he continued, looking back down and giving a more confident grin as he punctuated the statement by pointing at Yoshika for a moment.

"And hey, even if you're not joining, I could still put something else on your shirt instead, if you want. It's no biggie" the man added, grabbing one of his pen like instruments and holding it up slightly with a kind, enthusiastic expression.

Ocean - Radio chatter

That was a good call, this thing's doing enough damage without us blowing the city up too" She said and transmitted, then nodded at Sophie's question "Has anyone seen any of the turrets at or near the surface? Or can they be moved? My weapons barely annoyed that thing, but if we can get it in range of a couple of those maybe we can finish it off"

With that said, she started trying to paddle their partially wrecked ship toward the nearest platform.

The Library — Did it work?

Tairee started healing Ben and simply told Rex that she was too busy dealing with other things to notice or care about her wet clothes, adding that most boys his age would be happy about that.

"Most boys my age can't create machines out of their body. Or resurrect after dying"

The librarian accepted the jacket and complied... By throwing the jacket over Rex's head. Can't complain, really, it worked.

"Hilarious" he said, with the most deadpan tone he could achieve

Rex took off the jacket from his head and tried to change the subject. Why was Tairee wet in the first place? Something odd had happened here.

"So, did you beat the monster or not?"

Now that Kelsey was healed again, she tried to get back in the fight and told Jack that she wasn't worth saving.

"And what's her problem?"

Viola I Library I Inconspicuous

I made a point to remain as inconspicuous as possible, looking back and forth as people go about their conversation. So the hermit's servant was killed in action? Understandable, when facing against a huge beast like that, though it looks like they have nothing to worry about it anymore... for the time being.

Hmm, now that's a distressing thought. Yet if the Librarian is still here, I should be safe.

Now, onto the current state of affairs. Of note are two individuals that I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet. one was an undead of some sort. Kind of like that one skeleton with a blue jacket, only much more different. And the other was a kid who asked if Seiga was a Magypsy.

"I'm afraid neither my friend nor me are aware of what this 'Magypsy' you're talking about. Perhaps it's a term unique to some worlds other than ours..." I thought about his explanation of what a Magypsy is and looked at Seiga up and down. "I see her more as a mystic rather than a psychic myself." A pause. "And I can certainly vouch that she's not a cross-dressing man, from what I can tell."
