Zero Context Example Commenting causing some duplicate entries

So I just combined a pair of entries on the Horrible Hollywood page. After looking into how the duplicate entries happened, I noticed an interesting series of events:

1. Get Shorty was added to the list with a short, insufficient description.

2. The Get Shorty entry got commented out for being a Zero Context Example.

3. Someone else didn't see Get Shorty mentioned on the page, so they added a new entry for it.

4. A third person, probably going through the "Pages with Zero Context Examples" list, expanded and uncommented the original Get Shorty example.

I'm sure this isn't the only time this sequence has happened. I figure a small addition to the "Make sure this example isn't here already" note, mentioning the possibility of entries that were hidden for being Zero Context Examples, would help to reduce the chances of this happening in the future. Probably wouldn't prevent it entirely, as some people are still going to miss the commented entries because they usually jump to the end of whatever section the example belongs in, but it will still save some work for the rest of us.

Given the number of people who don't bother to check at all, I really doubt such a note will make a difference.

I have on numerous occasions nuked duplicate entries that were IMMEDIATELY after what they were duplicating.

Part of why this happens is pages are not always in alphabetical order (or any other specified order), so the best way to fix them is to alphabetize the examples. That will put the duplicate entries adjacent to one another.

The proposed database overhaul should make this issue mostly moot by categorizing examples by work on a database level, so you don't have to scan an entire folder to make sure an example isn't hiding somewhere.
