Honestly, my eyes were immediately drawn to Samus and Little Joe...it took a second to catch the lines. I think the current's simplicity is a big point in its favor.

Personally, I don't mind fanmade stuff as long as it's an accurate depiction, like in the current. That said, though the suggestion has a bit of humor, it's not enough to sway me. So, I'll also go for Keep Until Better Image Suggested.

The OP really isn't the trope, it's just two people who happen to be in a game. This is about some kind of relationship, lovers, partner, Bash Brothers etc, between a tiny guy and huge girl so much so that the difference is striking.

I think its the text boxes, she is implying that she is offering something dirty. Which it is kinda. The other panel on the page, which I chopped off, is her giving him a big old hug which turns into Marshmallow Hell due to his size.
Thats all I know about the image though, it bugs me now, it popped up in a forum a while ago in a thread about this specific subject. Replace the text? Marshmallow Hell seems to be a standard gag for this, even in the west.
And I don't see anything without Marron. ><

The current is decent, but it's a fan-made image. Perusing around, I found this
◊, which not only has the height difference, but also has the woman noting the difference and the little dotted lines to point it out, which I think makes it a bit funnier.
