Don't we usually require more of an illustration than the mere rephrasing of the trope title?
It shows a stereotypical pirate on a newspaper front cover who's apparently been pardoned by the London courts. I would say that's more than just a "mere rephrasing of the trope title".

It's been a few days since the pic was put up and we haven't had any caption discussion so I'm gonna go ahead and lock up.
The current image is very similar to "Get Out of Jail Free" Card and, because it's the trope namer, I think changing the one in The Pardon would be the best course of action.
