That photo that Gus look at seems to be of a younger Du Mon. He had an hell of '80s Hair too. Seems like he was a member of the military. Considering the woman's face is covered, that must be Sogo's mother. Though I'm still unsure if Du Mon is Sogo's father(and Soogo is a late child) or (young) grandfather.

What is anime? Anime is...only a weeaboo way of saying animation, really.Yeah, the photo was there to let us know Do Mon was in military.
Judging by Do Mon's picture of him in the military, it's possible he's seen crazier things.
Wow, man, this episode is..something.
What is anime? Anime is...only a weeaboo way of saying animation, really. That captain is such a weirdo.
All the bad guys are such worthless one-dimensional assholes.
Well, it seems Moura got an upgrade. And so did Felia. Maybe now we'll find out what this is all about. If someone bothers to ask that is.
It would be a pretty funny series if they all act like Doman. Just live out their lives with a magical loli and talking rock mascot from nowhere.
I don't even care about those other guys that are plotting in the background, stupid shit like dancing vegetables and mech combat satisfies me just fine.
I never saw Confusion Fu being used as a attack strategy on a Mecha before.
What is anime? Anime is...only a weeaboo way of saying animation, really.Roman is a god.
Poor Kaon.
I can't say I expected this show to go the Felia X Kaon route.
You can pinpoint the exact moment her heart breaks.
You claim that God is opressing us, but I see you opressing others without needing a God.This is weird, up until the end of last episode, Felia was a child, in both body and mind and there was not even a hint of potential romance between her and Sougo. Now she grows up, if only physically and suddenly paring her with Sougo is inevitable?
I'm with Kaon on this one, that's some bullshit development.
Also, Moura might just be the most incompetent super robot I ever saw. There's not a fight where he doesn't end on the ground.
I don't would agree on that. We're just being pessimistic. Sogo don't seems interested on Felia in that way, and Felia seems to like the two equally. The conflict on the episode seems to hang on what Kaon thinks it's happening, that isn't necessarily happening.
What is anime? Anime is...only a weeaboo way of saying animation, really.Oh so that's how Gus knows Domon, dude was a bloodthirsty sniper.
I guess we won't go back to original robot form Moura?
Well, maybe. But the episode sure plays her worries up, and does little to resolve them, even at the end.
On another note, could they made it any more obvious that Malvina is the spy?
Well, it's not like Moura gets a lot of practice and training, and his opponents are supposedly well-trained military pilots. He also tends to spend most of his time as a nice rock-caterpillar thing. It's amazing he isn't tripping over his own feet in Mecha mode. Still, I have seen worse mecha pilots.
Moura needs to git gud
Episode 7:
Still lots of running, screaming and falling around. Sogo is still a glorified start key, Moura is still an embarrassment to all super robots, the bad guys are still obnoxious.
Do Mon is the best character.
If Sogo scanner can check out for poisonous things like that, they should have done it beforehand.
So they reach the magical Spring of Abyss already? Because that's how it looks like. And apparently it causes Felia to send out a giant circle into the sky. Weird.
We also still have no idea what is actually going on or what this is all about. Confusing anime to say the least.
I do wish Sog o would figure out already he needs to combine with or control Moura so that it can do more than ineffectively try to get to Felia to protect her and actually fight the bad guys.
Who, to be honest, seem to be remarkably in their ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
I just caught up on the past two episodes, and while the shipping simultaneously annoyed me (I really hoped the shipping would be minimal) and broke my heart (I have no idea who's actually being shipped here, but poor Kaon), I love how the made Do Mon and Malvina are very much three-dimensional characters. y
So it took Do Mon this much time to realize that Sogo is involved in something dangerous?
All this time it was about energy sources?
Moura is a girl?!
They don't seem to realize that going by foot is way slower than by a boat, so Kaon group will be able to easily catch up.
Sogo/Moura intensifies
Sogo's mom a cutie, no wonder Do Mon fell for her.
Wow, this show is getting weirder by the episode.
The general incompetence and craziness of everyone involved accounts for most of what's going on.
Man, Do Mon crying got me sad.
Gus is one crazy asshole.
I knew they will come back just in time.
Sogo finally pilots Moura!
Wow... what a twist! The assistant is behind everything!
Do Mon is chill as hell. Sogo brings a mysterious girl with telekinetic powers back with him? No Problem. A rock creature transforms into a mecha? Relax, it's fine.
Dancing Veggies number was hilarious. This show knows how to have fun.
Roman is just impossible. Where did they get such a moron?
Great job sealing her power Maura. You idiot.
Don't try to make the situation look serious. After the dancing veggies thing you lost the ability to be a serious show.
